Nice stay. Kayla was very responsive to an inquiry, which was much appreciated. The row house was clean, and well stocked with thoughtful touches. The bedrooms are all up a narrow staircase. Across from the property is the city police department. The driveway does fit two vehicles. It is walkable to The Rooms. Due to the area we were not out walking after dark, but that was our preference.

The house was in the idea location, just a couple of minutes walk from a grocery store, and not far from down town St John's, it was prefect for exploring the surrounding area, it had everything we needed with the added bonus of off-street parking, Kayla was most helpful, will definitely stay here again.

The accommodation was excellent. Very spacious, very clean and with some basic supplies. It was a short walk into downtown, on a quiet street with off-street parking. Our host was very good with staying in contact with us until we were nicely settled in. We would highly recommend this accommodation.

This was one of the best rentals we have ever used. Beautiful house. Very big and clean. Perfect if you have kids with you. Location can't be beat. Great price for what you get. Kitchen was well stocked and had a nespresso. Beds were large and comfortable and bedrooms had room for travel crib if needed. Tv was easy to use and had everything hooked up to watch whatever you needed (again great for little kids). We miss it already. Would recommend this place to anyone visiting St. John's, especially with small kids.

We loved our stay! Our host Kayla was very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. It was very convenient that they had items for young children as we were travelling with our 15 month old. We will definitely recommend this spot for anyone travelling to Newfoundland. My name is Kayla and I am proud to call St. John's my hometown. I am teacher and I have been lucky enough to call Labrador my home for the past several years. My partner and I enjoy exploring the outdoors with our beloved Labrador Retriever, Rig. Whether it's going for a skidoo ride, a walk in the woods, enjoying a cozy boil-up, or the joys of camping in the summer (we're both teachers!), our adventures with Rig make our days truly special.
