No more than the stated number of guests in the reservation may stay overnight, unless agreed otherwise. Failure to report the accurate number of overnight guests may result in an immediate cancellation of your stay.

Please note that we do NOT allow pets, parties, or illegal drugs of any kind ANYWHERE on our property (inside or outside).

Late checkout beyond the scheduled check-out time will incur fees of $50 per hour - unless a different time has been agreed otherwise.

Great Port Dover Escape and close to everything

The location was perfect for us. Nice quiet peaceful location, but close enough that you could walk to the main strip and the beach. Exactly what we were looking forward.Host was very responsive and helpful! Would stay here again!

The home is exactly as described. Newly renovated with ample space and well equipped for party of 6. Convenience to downtown Port Dover was incredible. Host was very prompt in responding to questions and was eager to assist with any queries. We would highly recommend this property

The host was super, the property and location were excellent. There are a few things needed in the house, lamps in all 3 bedrooms, there was 1 in one bedroom. Lamps in the livingroom, the ceiling spotlights were too bright in the evening..The . Kitchen needs more frying pans (only1) and more serving bowls.

Beautiful house just steps away from the beach, which was not crowded at all on Father’s Day weekend. Very quiet and safe area but conveniently close to the local Walmart to get groceries and other various items. We brought our dog and almost everywhere is dog friendly. We loved the space and multiple patios, bbq grill and WiFi. The malecon, boat launch and other water activities are about 10-15 minutes away. The resorts and some popular restaurants and bars are about 20 minutes. There are masseuse’s, drink carts and more that come right down the street and offer their service, they were all friendly but not overly pushy like on the other public beaches and closer to the resorts. My family relaxed, refreshed and would love to return to the Thompson vacay home. Highly recommend staying there if going to drive to Puerto Penasco.
