This is a 2 bedroom, 1 and a half bath cottage that has a/c in the living room and both bedrooms, cable access internet, washer/dryer, deck and outdoor shower (not enclosed). There is a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, living room and dining area. All bedrooms are located on the first floor: Bedroom #1 - 1 King (with a/c), Bedroom #2 - 2 Twins (with a/c) ****OWNER WILL CONSIDER NIGHTLY RENTALS WITH A THREE NIGHT MINIMUM****NO PETS ALLOWED***(*Non Refundable $175 Booking Fee not included in rental rate.)
