Quiet, cozy, and a great value for the price. It was the perfect size for me as a solo traveler, with plenty of room to relax. I enjoyed my stay and would definitely consider staying here again.

Space was clean. There was a broken and missing towel rack in the bathroom. Notified host upon arrival. It remained an inconvenience the entire stay. There was only one dinner plate and no dish towel for drying dishes. We purchased disposable plates. This seems trivial, however it is a basic necessity when washing dishes (2-glasses, 2-cups, and limited silverware) after each usage. No inner shower liner. These simple things should be addressed.

Owner needs to grasp that guests travel to JFK from long distances. They have a right to some communication and assurance that the apartment they have paid for will be accessible if their flight is delayed. Owner refused to answer questions & delayed making clear that he would be able to get the key to us until very last possible moment. Terrible service and terrible arrangements for anybody who might be traveling a long way— or might run into the quite common cancelations & delays. When you pay as much as this owner charges, you have a right to expect a response in advance. Instead we were left hanging. When we boarded our delayed flight 10 hours away, we had no idea whether we would be stranded at JFK after midnight with nowhere to sleep. Avoid this inconsiderate host unless you are always 1OO per cent open to possible disappointment and owner flake-out up to the last minute.
