The apartment also comprises a spacious and comfy living room (also with a queen-size futon), a warm dining room and a fully-equipped kitchen, with coffee (expresso, american, italian) and basics for breakfast and cooking. Located midway between Old Quebec and Mont Ste-Anne (about 15-min drive away each, and 7 min from Ile d'Orleans), our spectacular property is a serene retreat for guests in a pastoral setting with century-old willow trees and a magnificent river. Both the house and land offer the most picturesque environment.

Not only is our street (avenue Royale) a historical landmark and a favorite of Quebec's cyclists, we're also a 2-min ride away from the cycle path that goes all the way to the Old City. Cars, skis and bicyles can be stored indoor in our large 3-car garage.
