TENUTA SAN VITO IN FIOR DI SELVA
From the Tuscan earth, beauty, art, and nature.

The Tenuta San Vito, lying in the hills of the Chianti Colli Fiorentini, 18 kilometres from Florence, has always been characterised by high-quality agricultural products combined with a deep respect for the environment and for protecting the health of its customers.

Our Farmhouse is composed by kitchen and living room at ground floor.

At first floor : 7 double rooms and 7 private bathrooms.
There is also an apartment at the corner of the farmhouse with the 8th double room. The pool is in front of the house.

This location includes also the house of our guardian but he does not share any space of the tourist. He takes care of the garden and the pool.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche hier

Zusammenfassend hatten wir einen sehr angenehmen und erholsamen Aufenthalt hier. Nachfolgend ein paar Punkte in + positiv und - negativ aufgelistet: + sehr schönes altes Haus + wunderschöne (Allein-)Lage inmitten von Weinbergen + gut befahrbare Zufahrt + freundliche Mitarbeiter beim check-in, jederzeit erreichbar + schöner, sauberer Pool (2x Roboterreinigung während unseres Aufenthaltes) + überdachte und deshalb ganztägig schattige Terrasse am Haus mit genügend Tischen und Stühlen + jedes Doppelzimmer verfügt über ein eigenes Bad sowie einen Ventilator (nur einer war defekt) +/- Moskitonetze an den Fenstern, die allerdings altersbedingt nicht mehr alle funktionierten bzw. löcherig waren => sollten unbedingt mal erneuert werden! +/- sehr gut ist die Ausstattung der Küche mit 3 Kühlschränken, wobei bei den 2 kleineren die Gefrierfächer so vereist waren, dass fast kein Platz zum Einfrieren (Eiswürfel) war - den Backofen hätten wir erst nach gründlicher Reinigung benutzen können, deshalb wurde er von uns nicht verwendet - auch am Außengrill waren noch eindeutige Spuren der Vorgänger => wurde deshalb von uns nicht benutzt - vorhandene Mikrowelle hat nicht funktioniert Sehr wichtig für uns: 2 Sonnenschirme am Pool sind eindeutig zu wenig für so viele Liegen bzw. Personen. Wir hatten Gott sei Dank einen eigenen Pavillon als Schattenspender dabei! Da das Haus ja einen stolzen wöchentlichen Preis hat, sollte die Anschaffung von zusätzlichen Sonnenschirmen doch kein Problem sein.

Amazing Vacation

You couldn't find a more beautiful setting. The rooms were extremely comfortable and the service was perfect. We ate at the restaurant on property and it was the best meal we had in the Florence area. It's a must visit. We can't wait to return next year.
