We had an amazing stay! The house was absolutely beautiful, very clean, and had everything we needed to feel at home. The kitchen was fully stocked with pots, pans, and all the essentials, which made it easy for us to cook during our stay. The location was perfect—everything we needed was just a short drive away, making it so convenient while we were in town for my daughter’s tournament. The host was also incredibly responsive and easy to communicate with whenever we had a question.Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend this home to anyone visiting the College Station area!

House is a bit more worn than the pictures, but it was very clean, comfy beds and was a great stay to celebrate a ring ceremony weekend.

Convenient location to everywhere we needed to go. The beds were comfortable. Kitchen well equipped and stocked with lots of coffee. Communication with the host was great! The house was nicely decorated.

My husband, our two sons and a couple of their friends stayed here for a weekend. Plenty of space for everyone and they had everything they needed to cook. Great space! Property owner/manager was very nice and great to communicate with!

The Howdy House was perfect for my family’s stay for a graduation. The home was set up nicely for a small gathering of family to celebrate our graduate. The beds were pretty comfortable, the pillows are puffy and firm. The sitting area outside is small but the yard is spacious for playing corn whole or throwing a football. The host Amy is attentive and easy going. The home is about what the pictures show online but a bit smaller in scale in person. We were very comfortable and enjoyed the three nights immensely!

Perfect Aggie Getaway

Great location off Highway 6 Bypass. Friendly, easy-to-communicate-with hosts. Clean property with ample room to gather and relax. Just what we needed for our game day weekend. Hope to stay there again soon.

Highly Recommend!!

We had a wonderful experience at this Raintree home! The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The living space was perfect for relaxing after a long day, and the neighborhood was quiet and convenient to everything in College Station. Communication with the host was easy and they were very responsive. We would definitely stay here again next time we’re in town!

We were in town for a softball tournament and decided to rent a house instead of staying at a hotel. It was definitely the right choice! The house had the perfect amount of space for our family. It was nicely decorated and clean with comfortable beds. It was also very convenient to anywhere we needed to go in the Bryan/College Station area. Amy was responsive and helpful when we needed to change the dates at the last minute. Highly recommend!

The house was exactly as the pictures showed. An older home but very well decorated and cozy. Plenty of space and everything we needed. The beds and pillows were very comfortable, soft towels, washer and dryer, all the appliances were newer and great working order, access to a 2 car garage. The host was very good about staying in touch, replying to email and phone calls, which means a lot. We had a problem with the water in the shower and the water to the house had to be shut off but it was the morning of our departure and I'm sure they will have it taken care of immediately. I would still give this 5 stars and definitely want to stay again.
