Spectacular peaceful out of town getaway only 5 miles from downtown Lake Chelan.
Experience the quiet life with all the amenities you could want! You’ll be immediately greeted by the soothing sounds of the waterfalls as you step out of the car! Feel your stress ease away as you relax by the pool or take a walk in the pines and see the deer. The spacious living room, is perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. There is a separate front room with plenty of space for an foosball game along with 2 extra twin beds. The huge master has a private bath and large walk-in closet. The kitchen is equipped for your convenience and there is plenty of seating inside and out.
There’s no shortage of activities, whether boating at the lake, wine tasting or just make it a destination stay! Play a game of badminton and corn hole; swim some laps in the new pool, go for a hike in the woods or a stroll down the country road to see the wild turkeys; or just relax in the spa by the waterfall and gaze at the stars. There is something for the whole family to enjoy!

We have lived here in Union Valley for 26 years on a neighboring property, and never tier of taking walks and being amazed at the wildlife and beauty of the area. Hopefully you will enjoy it as well and take a minute to watch the birds and find a minute for a special memory while you’re here!

Why they chose this property
We chose this 11+ acre property as it adjoined ours. We love all the pine trees as opposed to the dessert look of Chelan, the peace and quiet and having some space of our own to roam.!
What makes this property unique
Being out of town, yet just 6 miles and 15 minutes to downtown yet it feels like a completely different place. It’s nice to enjoy the activities of town and come back to relax in the quiet. Sitting out by the four waterfalls definitely makes for a one of a kind stay! A spacious air conditioned home with all the outdoor activities makes for a perfect destination vacation we hope you will enjoy!
