Everything you expect from a beach vacation is available including heated pool, water sports activities, dining (both casual and fine dining), shell hunting, and beautiful sunsets. A car is not a necessity as we are on the Beach Trolley Line and within walking distance of many activities and eateries.

Why Barbara Rourke chose Madeira Beach

Our condo is located in the vacation district so there are many activities in close proximity both walking and driving. Busch Gardens in Tampa is only about 1 hour drive. Disney/Sea World/Universal Studios about 2 hour drive. Clearwater Marine Aquarium (home of 'Winter' the dolphin from movie Dolphin Tale) is only 1/2 hour drive.

What makes this condo unique

A car is not a necessity as our condo is also on the beach trolley line with a stop right out in front of the building. There is also bus service available and cabs. There is a shuttle service @ most airports 'SuperShuttle' for transportation to and from airport.

Nice Condo, Nice complex, fantastic location!

We love Madeira Beach and have stayed there several times. This condo is our favorite so far. The condo was very comfortable and well appointed. The complex is the second one up from John's Pass. Park your car in the covered space and then walk everywhere! We very much appreciated the beach toys, chairs, etc that were located on the balcony. The pool is adjacent to the beach and is perfect. My only complaint would be that the wi-fi is sketchy(certainly not worth deducting a point for, though).

Owner is very nice and the communication included everything you could need.

The one thing you can't beat is location. You literally do not have to drive anywhere once you get your groceries. All restaurants, shops bars and deep sea fishing is right across the street.

Very handy to Pool... Beach ... Restaurants ...

Very clean and easily accessible to surrounding things to do from property ... As we flew in for vacation there were beach chairs .. A small cooler ... Several other beach and pool items available for us in the condo .. Very helpful when u can't pack ur own .. Also available umbrella/chair rental at reasonable prices ... And the condo space was adequate and well kept with needed amenities ...
