This 'No Pet' condo is a lovers paradise decorated throughout in tropical Tommy Bahama style. The bedroom has a warm coastal feel with a king bed, an extra 48" vanity and sink, a mirror, flat screen w/DVD, his and hers California butlers and a ceiling fan. There is private access to the bathroom w/walk-in shower.

The extra large kitchen boasts a glass top range with double oven, pantry, granite counters, side by side fridge, microwave and dishwasher. You will find everything you need including a crock pot, waffle maker and many other items that make this a gourmet kitchen. The dining room set has 4 swivel/rocker chairs, glass top table and ceiling fan overhead.

The living area is equipped with a 65 inch TV, Blu-ray player, movies and second ceiling fan. There is a romantic fireplace to cozy up next to. Relax in comfort with 2 swivel/rocker/recliners an extra deep couch that matches a third recliner and queen chair.

Just past the 12' hurricane doorwall is the oversized balcony equipped with a bar and 2 stools. It also has 2 swivel/rockers and bistro table, ceiling fan and 3 piece sectional.

Awaiting you on the balcony are vast views of the Gulf of Mexico and breath taking endless sand. John's Pass inlet to the intercoastal waterway provides watercraft sightings of every size. The fabulous majestic sunsets will leave you breathless. The best heated pool on the beach is directly below. The famous and quaint Johns Pass village is only across the street for shopping, dining, entertainment and strolling the renowned boardwalk. It also offers activities from jet skiing to fishing excursions.

Property is an older property with older elevator. Could use an upgrade but overall we really like this place. Weve been staying here since 2019.

Great location snd condo but had issues

Condo was great, but we were without water for almost 18 hours. Couldn't flush toilet or use water for coffee, cooking etc. Texted property manager with no responce. Water pressure in kitchen and shower was terrible.

Musty, dirty floors and super noisy!

First upon entering our condo, the musty smell in the air was really strong. And then, as we walk through the condo, barefoot, our feet are turning black, and it was very obvious that The rugs in this unit hadn’t been shampooed in a very long time. In addition, they’re cleaning and blowing and sweeping each floor closing elevator and they had a leaf blower going to get rid of sand and they blew it all underneath the door of our condo into our hallway so we had to broom that up twice to get rid of. There was constant construction going on in the units and around it. It was definitely hard to relax. we had no warning about the floor closures at any point up until after we were already there by like day three we got a random email saying that we may be able to get a 25% credit. Had we known this was gonna go on we would’ve stayed elsewhere or changed Celsius our dates. I can’t stress enough how filthy the rugs were and the floor in this unit.

Madeira Gulf Front Condo

The location and view were awesome! Two things the sheets on the bed did not fit the mattress and cover. Also not happy about no cable service with the tv's. There weere no dish towels for the kitchen left. We had to use a hand towel for the bath.

Comfortable & stunning beach views

The unit was very well organized and had all of the necessities you need for a stay. The bed was super comfortable. My favorite was sitting on the balcony enjoying the view amd the breeze. Dont forget your beach towels.

Last minute vaca

My husband and I just needed a short vacation and booked the room for 3 nights. The room was so nice and location was perfect to walk to just about everything, so we booked for an additional three nights. Would definitely recommend this condo and will book again.

Beautiful Condo but Poor Management

The condo was absolutely beautiful, but onsite management simply did not exist, nor could they be contacted. I received an email with entrance codes and demands of occupancy but no human contact whatsoever. The bathroom sink had standing water upon our arrival. I attempted to clear the clog by adding more water and working the stopper but to no avail. Fortunately, the bedroom offered a second sink. Throughout our stay, I was unable to make contact with any level of local management. I expected a personal greeting and a sign of appreciation from local management. That did not exist upon check-in, during, or leaving the condo. I took photos of the sink full of water and the condition of the rest of the condo, which we left as we found it, with the exception of the trash that was on the floor when we arrived. As I mentioned, the condo was beautiful but offered signs warning of future charges if management did not like the condition of the condo upon our departure. I am a business owner as well and always greet my customers in person and make them feel wanted and appreciated instead of posting threatening signs to make them feel ill at ease.

The condo was in a perfect location for walking to shopping and dinning. Balcony overlooking the gulf was wonderful, especially for sunsets. Pool deck was clean and well maintained. Only issue was the very lumpy mattress topper. The lumps were hard and made the bed VERY uncomfortable. After the first night, we removed the topper from the bed, which made sleeping much better.

The condo is exactly what we needed for a long weekend. The location is GREAT for we did not rent a car. The condo had everything you would need and some bonus beach items that we used and were grateful for:)

Great place to stay

The condo was beautiful and so were the views. The sunsets and watching the boats go in and out were both perfect. The condo was also extremely well equipped for almost anything you wanted to do.

Nice place but!

I really like the condo however, the bed was terrible, the blinds in front of the sliding glass doors was broke, and the kitchen sink had very low water pressure. Had problems with hot water, but did have hot water in the shower. I would stay there again as long as they replaced the bed!

Short break from work

The location of the place was excellent; the condo was on the beach and the balcony faced the ocean! The condo was a good sized 1BR apartment. Apart from that, there was much to be desired. The toilet was filthy and it looked like it had not been thoroughly cleaned for at least 6 months. Yet, there is an additional housekeeping charge, cleaning charges, miscellaneous booking charges and a service fee. Off course you will find out about these charges before you pay, but I was excepting to eat off the floor after paying all those charges!!!! The bed was good and king-sized, which we appreciated; however, the pillow covers on them did not fit because they were queen sized. How tacky? The place is dark and one has to keep the lights on all the time. I did not appreciate the many instructions all over the apartment about everything. One of the many instructions was about beach equipment being under the bed; however, there was only one beach chair!
