The home's 6 bedrooms and spacious loft offer privacy for your whole group – adults & children alike!

As you enter the house, the first floor features two bedrooms quietly tucked away. First is an inviting Queen bedroom sporting bright spring colors and a pair of playful cube ottomans, providing the perfect space to step away. Next door is a cozy bunk room featuring two black-metal bunk beds with three twin mattresses and one double. This room is completed by a chic desk and chair, perfect for both work-from-home or color-outside-the-lines moments.

Upstairs, the main living floor features three bedrooms just off the kitchen. First is a thoughtfully appointed King bedroom with a stylish rattan chair, dresser, corner desk, and smart-TV. Next door is a cozy room with two stylish double beds, dresser, and corner pocket-desk. Lastly, another Queen bedroom completes the floor with recreation-themed decor and a classic wooden bed frame.

As you continue up, the third floor is a stunner from start to finish. The partial floor layout provides an open view into the primary living area, with three twin beds tucked cozily into the loft, complemented by a sunlit seating area that provides fantastic views of the property outside. Kids will love this space! Down the hall, past the luxury en-suite bathroom, is a meticulously designed primary bedroom. Featuring a King bed, reading chair, two-seater brown leather sectional, work desk, and smart-TV – this room has it all!

Each floor provides its own full-sized bathroom, ensuring plenty of space to refresh and recharge for your entire group. The first and second floor bathrooms feature a vanity sink and shower with a bathtub, perfect for bathing your little ones. Upstairs, the primary en-suite bathroom is a true retreat-within-your-retreat, featuring a large stand-up rain shower with glass enclosure, a free-standing tub perfect for a long soak, a teakwood sitting bench, and an oversized vanity with a light-up mirror. (It’s our favorite spot in the house!)

All bathrooms offer complimentary linens and are stocked with your bath time essentials.

Steps away, two stylish, vintage reading chairs are tucked into a quaint seating area with direct views of the natural landscape. The ideal place for kicking your feet up after a day spent outdoors or a quiet morning reading your favorite book.

Downstairs is a newly-renovated, jam-packed recreation room perfectly suited for play and relaxation alike. Square off with friends and family while playing foosball, billiards, or one of many provided board games. If relaxing is more your speed, there’s a comfy navy blue sectional with all the throw pillows you could want and a stylish, velvet swivel chair in the second living room. Again, take advantage of your favorite streaming apps on the brand-new 65” smart-TV.

For those early risers, don’t forget to stop at your own private coffee and tea bar in the rec. room kitchenette as you head towards the lower deck to take in the morning sunrise.

Central to the second floor’s large, open floor plan is a statement dining room featuring a magnificent white stone chandelier and black wooden 12-person dining table – perfect for those memorable dinners-that-blend-into-nighttime, and maybe even some friendly competition at family game night. Large groups can find additional counter stool seating in the kitchen.

From the well-appointed table and wall decor to the views of the surrounding woods, this space is designed to be the perfect backdrop of your evenings.

This backyard is nothing short of a dream! Starting at the top, venture out the dining room double doors onto the top floor of the two-story deck, where you’ll find a brand-new teakwood sectional, benches and gas grill covered by a patio roof with skylights. Steps away are two premium sun loungers and two shaded picnic tables.

Down the porch steps or through the recreation room doors, the lower level of the deck features an 8-person hot tub, an additional outdoor sectional, and two rocking chairs. In the backyard, you’ll find a brand new firepit surrounded by natural stone and 12 polywood Adirondack chairs. If lounging is more your speed, step away from it all by relaxing in the hammock amongst the trees. The home also features a hook+ring toss on the lower deck. During winter months, enjoy seasonal views of Big Boulder Lake and the ski runs at Big Boulder Ski Area!

The home sits on a large wooded lot, offering a gravel driveway with parking for up to six vehicles.

↟ COMMUNITY AMENITIES ↟

As our guest, you will have access to community amenities that are part of Lake Harmony Estates, including rare beach access (Lake Harmony is a private beach with no public access) via LHE’s private beach, a tennis court, and a shuffleboard court. To access the beach, you must present the beach passes provided in the house. Beach is access is limited to a maximum of 12 guests at any given time.

NOTE: If you misplace or lose a beach pass during your stay, there is a $50 replacement fee per beach pass.
