This was a great spot to stay to end our vacation in Colorado. It was very convenient and close to anything we wanted to do. We will definitely look to stay here next time we travel to Denver. The neighborhood was very nice and quiet. I would highly recommend this rental to anyone who wants to stay in Denver without being in the city itself.
Carrie is a great host with a lovely home. She has thought of everything and checks to make sure we are comfortable. The Carriage House is a perfect location and we will return again.
What a wonderful place for my wife and I to stay while visiting family in Park Hill. Well appointed, comfortable and the heated bathroom floor was a nice surprise given the sub-freezing temps outside. Can’t wait to come back!
Our stay was amazing! It truly made for the best vacation we have ever taken. Carrie was extremely accommodating of our dog, and it gave us so much comfort. It truly felt like a home away from home. Everything was SPOTLESS, so clean! Bed was extremely comfortable, and kitchen had everything you could ever need. Carrie was very communicative and frequently messaged to check in if we needed anything at all. I can’t say enough about how much we loved it - truly words can’t describe. We are in Denver fairly frequently, and we are so excited to come back! Already planning our next trip.
We were very comfortable and delighted with all special details. The location is perfectly located in the Park Hill neighbor. We are looking forward to returning!
One of the best VRBO’s I’ve stayed in! Charming, private and beautifully decorated! Nice outdoor space, safe and stocked with everything you could possibly need. I highly recommend this property.
My daughter and her friend stayed at this property and had nothing but great things to say about their stay! The location was awesome; the host was attentive and checked on them regularly, thank you, and the value was excellent! I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a reasonably priced VRBO in a great location with a wonderful host!
Our stay in the carriage house was perfect! We checked in late after a long travel day and Carrie had left the lights on for us. Checking in was smooth and simple, and we never had trouble parking on the street. Having access to a private back entrance was a great feature, too.The space is used well and set up very thoughtfully - anywhere you might want to hang up a hat or towel, you'll find a hook, there are motion lights in strategic corners so you can get to the bathroom without turning on the lights, backups of basic supplies stashed in drawers, and all kinds of little details like that. The kitchenette was super functional for breakfasts and lunches, as well.We were a little worried about the lack of traditional AC, since our stay happened to coincide with 95-100 days. But with the cooler on, the space was always comfortable, and it worked surprisingly quickly! The area is walkable and charming, with a great coffeeshop and restaurant just down the road. We really enjoyed getting a coffee and wandering the neighborhood admiring beautiful houses and gardens, or just sipping it on the attached patio. This was a great, private space with basically everything we could have asked for. It was a perfect spot for exploring the area - we were able to see downtown Denver, Garden of the Gods, Rocky Mountain National Park, and Red Rocks in just a few days with the carriage house as our comfortable home base. Highly recommended, and we'll be back if we're in the area again!
We have nothing but good things to say about our stay. Quiet, comfortable, clean and a charming neighborhood to explore while in Denver. Carrie was great, good communication but gave us privacy despite how close the carriage house is to the main property. Lot’s of attention to detail inside and out. Would highly recommend this property.
This place was in a beautiful neighborhood with lots of places within walking distance. It was super easy to get to downtown Denver as well. The place had everything we needed and was very clean. It was perfect for me and my wife!
The carrage house is well kept and stocked with ammenities. The location is very convienient if you want to go to the cityor the mountians. Carrie is a great host and checked in multiple times to see if we needed anything. You will not be sorry if you rent this property. We will definitely check if the property is available the next time we visit Denver.
My wife and I had an enjoyable stay. The cottage is spotless and well designed. The kitchen is well stocked with useful appliances, dishes, etc. and the bed is very comfortable. The neighborhood is very quiet.
We loved staying here! It was clean and cozy. The hosts were very friendly and accommodating. They provided every appliance you could think of, and even though we only used the microwave, it was nice knowing that we could’ve cooked if we wanted to. They also provided toiletries and some snacks. It was very secure and in a great neighborhood. We were nearby anywhere we wanted to go in Denver. We traveled for a concert at Ball Arena and were about 20 minutes from there. We would definitely stay again!!
This is a great place. The location, in Park Hill a few blocks from Spinelli's, is great. We we're here on a Friday and Saturday and it was very quiet at night. The bed and bedding are very comfortable. The tv tech was as good as, or better than, any hotel. And the little, private patio/garden area was great for our dog. We'll definitely stay here again.
Myself and my husband stayed here and our host was fantastic. She gave us the most special experience for our honeymoon and made us feel as if we were home💖 we will be back! 😁
Excellent small carriage house behind main house. Two floors, bedroom upstairs, private outdoor sitting area. It was perfect for a couple. Owners were very thoughtful regarding using the space and in leaving some snacks and basics. We hope to stay there again next time in Denver.
