この美しい家には3つのベッドルーム（1つのスイート）、大きなリビングルーム、ダイニングルーム、フルキッチン、薪ストーブとグリル付きのグルメスペースがあります。
水上の大型デッキ。忘れられない景色。
プライベートビーチと桟橋。住宅は環境保全のエリア内に建設されているため、住宅へのアクセス道路を作るための管理機関からの許可はありませんので、Paraty（5分）。私たちは、この海上輸送の実現を24時間いつでもサポートします。チェックインとチェックアウト時には、それは私たち自身であり、いつでも雇うことができます。

Absolutely Wonderful!

The property was better than expected. Everything was clean and organized. Felipe and his coworkers were extremely accommodating. It is a fabulous location with exclusion and yet not far from town and other activities. I can't speak too highly of the whole experience. It was absolutely wonderful!!

Wow! Wow! Wow!

This is the BEST VRBO we have ever stayed at (and we travel a lot!). The home and property itself is beautiful, the location is breathtaking, and the staff is so helpful. When we arrived, there was a safe parking area to park our vehicle where we met our boat captain. His crew helped us load up all our groceries and luggage and then took us on a short boat ride across the lovely bay to the home. The property was all lit up and magical looking. We loved spending time on the dock and patio area in the comfortable lounge furniture. We also loved that there are two well-stocked kitchens (one outdoor and one in the house) with a few basics like sugar, salt, and oil. Up the stairs the bedrooms were wonderful and had gorgeous views of the sunrise (definitely worth waking up for!). The sunset views from the dock were also beautiful. I was worried we would feel stranded, but the boat captains were always available and prompt whether we made arrangements the night before or messaged them via what’s app a half hour or so before we needed to get picked up. The only suggestion I would have for the property owner is to replace the microwave- it wasn’t working which wasn’t an issue for us (we were just using the stove, oven, and pizza oven outside), but this microwave had a “brigadeiro” button that was intriguing and that I wanted to try out! ;) Thanks again for an amazing stay! We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone planning to stay in Paraty!

Espectacular casa y lugar

Nos alojamos por segunda vez en esta hermosa casa a orillas del mar, y la experiencia fue maravillosa nuevamente. Casa muy completa, con excelentes instalaciones para disfrutar la naturaleza y el mar. Um verdadeiro paraíso

Tudo o que precisa de um local agradável, tranquilo e com todas as comodidades descritas na propaganda. Os administradores Felipe e Pedro Paulo são super atenciosos e dedicadas, não nos deixaram faltar nada. A casa é excepcional, limpeza extraordinária e uma vista de perder o fôlego. O paraíso.

Foram dias incríveis. A localização é perfeita, o atendimento a nossas demandas foi eficiente. Acho que deve melhorar os copos de drinks que já estão muito desgastados. Apesar da casa ser maravilhosa e nosso grupo formado somente por adultos, acho que deveria ter um guarda-corpo na passagem da cozinha para a sala. A experiência foi maravilhosa.👍🏻🌸

This place is a paradise indeed. The highlight was waking up and seeing the view from the balcony, breathtaking. The house had many amenities, and the decoration was full of local flair. Felipe was a fantastic host and helped us with all of our needs, especially groceries and transportation. Joao Paulo and his son took us back and forth to town by boat. I wished that we had stayed longer. We will be back for sure.

Beautiful place right on the water

You won’t need to go anywhere if all you want to do is relax, be near the water when it gets too hot, and enjoy endless beautiful views! Our family of seven thoroughly enjoyed our five days here! Just note: there is purposely no WiFi, so plan to leave that connection and slow down!
