Oceans 20 is a beautiful newly built property located is the Quaint community of The Villages of Navarre. The property boasts a tranquil scene of the Navarre Sound with dock access for fishing, gazing, morning walk with coffee or an evening gaze at the beautiful sunset.

Navarre beach is just a short walk across the boardwalk to the beautiful Gulf of Mexico for a day filled with fun in the sun!  Nearby family-friendly attractions include the Gulf Breeze Zoo, Navarre Beach Fishing Pier, Sea Turtle Conservation Center, and Navarre Family Water Sports Adventure Complex. There is also a man made reef for snorkeling and a Kayak launch should you decide to bring kayaks along or rent them.

Once you climb the steps to the entry you will find a beautifully decorated, spacious home with five king beds and a bunk room that sleeps 5.  The home itself will sleep 15 people. 6 bedrooms and 6.5 bathrooms allows guests to have their own private space. Each room has a streaming television.  The living room houses 3 comfortabe sofas with room for everyone to relax in the evenings.

The kitchen is modern and fully equipped.  The dining room table seats 10 with additional seating at the bartop or the small workspace located along the wall adjacent to the table.  This space can be used as a workspace or seating for additional space.

There is a propane grill located at the property for outdoor grilling.

Oceans 20 is within just a few miles of several popular restaurants, including Juana’s Pagodas, The Slippery Mermaid Sushi Bar, Samurai Japanese Steakhouse, Dewey Destin’s, and Johnny Huston’s Grille and Bar.

*Parking - The garage area will hold 2 vehicles, with room for  4 in the driveway.  PER HOA RULES:  Vehicles are not permitted on the street, including but not limited to boats, trailers, RVs, and jet skis. No RV's , trailers, jet ski's etc are allowed in the driveway   For your convenience, a public parking area is located along the main road of Gulf Blvd. for parking these items.

**As this home resides in a private community with permanent residents, guests should abide by community rules, including parking, noise, trash, pool use, etc.

Parties, events, bachelor and bachelorette parties are strictly prohibited, and an adult chaperone must accompany guests under 25 throughout their stay. Smoking is strictly forbidden, and pets are unfortunately not welcome and subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Guests found in violation are subject to eviction with no refund.

A starter kit of amenities are provided for the first 24 hour period. Paper Towels, Roll of Toilet Paper per bathroom, 2 trash bags, travel size bathroom toiletries and kitchen amenities such as dishwasher pod, detergent etc. along with a washing machine Pod

2025 Blue Angels Practice Schedule: These practices are free and can be seen from the Pensacola Beach or Ft. Pickens which is a short 13-mile drive along the scenic route from Navarre Beach to Pensacola Beach.
