Usted se sentirá como en casa con su gran cocina abierta, lavadora y secadora, sala de estar y un balcón privado que da un montón de espacio para usted y sus invitados para disfrutar de sus vacaciones de Myrtle Beach. El dormitorio principal tiene una cama king con un baño completo, el segundo dormitorio ofrece dos reinas y el tercer dormitorio con dos gemelos.

El dunas de Carolina se encuentra en la sección prestigiosa Milla de Oro de Myrtle Beach, conocida por estar situado el centro de todas las atracciones en Myrtle Beach, tiendas, restaurantes, entretenimiento, a poca distancia de los dos restaurantes y un bar de Starbucks! Good location, not so good execution.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a fine time during our trip and we are quite easy to please. The only real disappointment had to do with the fact that none of the interior doors locked. So, 8 individuals getting showered or dressed/undressed without any locks in the bathrooms or the bedrooms was extremely unnerving. On the first day we reported it and was told that someone from maintenance would be right there--that person never came. Everything else was satisfactory.

7 days at the Dunes

Our family called this condo home for 7 days over the 4th of July. The Carolina Dunes is a hidden gem among the bigger hotels it sit between. With its smaller location it has one of the nicest 3 bed room condos that we have stayed in. Very clean facility. , and the closet walk to the beach that we have ever had.

Unfortunately our stay was hit by tropical storm Debby. The unit was very nice, but because we were forced to stay indoors and had to rely on the internet for entertainment. The internet was very poor and I had to revert to hotspot streaming on my phone. Overall it was a good stay minus the weather!

Very dirty and smelly

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property itself is not to bad but it’s not well taking care of. Condo was not clean at all the sofa bed was filthy and full of trash. The ac vents had black mold around them and ware filled with dust. We only chose this place because it look like new on pictures but it was nothing like it. Not even one member of our group slept under the covers do to the whole look and feel of the place. Definitely won’t be back.

A great place for our family vacation!

The view from our condo was phenomenal! Everything that was described on the listing was accurate. There was a closet full of water/sand toys and floats. The company was great to work with. The carpets could stand to be steam cleaned and a few of the closets weren’t on the tracks to be used properly and there was construction happening, but none of those things caused any problems for our vacation. We would definitely book again and will tell our friends about your condos!

Everything was completely amazing. We had a wonderful time. Location was perfect and property was very nice. Only suggestion would be to improve the quality of the mattresses. They were fairly uncomfortable. However, we would stay at this property again!

Great location

We had no issues with the property, except the porch was a little small. There’s also no corral or space to keep chairs/umbrellas when not on the beach, so we had to take them to our car/room at the end of each day. The space was very clean and well maintained and check in was very easy! It’s not too crowded either and it’s a great location. Lots of walkable place to eat, a close Starbucks and ice cream shop. Would highly recommend for a family!

A good stay

Booked this condo for a family vacation of 10 people. The condo is spacious, we had enough room to be comfortable in the dining area & living room. The ocean view is nice from the balcony & beautiful from one of the bedrooms. The only problem that occurred is with the parking. The lot is small & couldn’t find a spot to park at night, tried to contact property manager but didn’t respond until morning. Overall I recommend this place 👍

Amazing stay with everything we could need

This condo was quite large and very, very well-equipped. We were delighted with the extra toys (esp the boogie boards and the beach umbrellas!) we found in the closet. If this place was on the market to buy, it'd be at the top of my list. We loved every minute and you absolutely can't beat the access and view. There was far more space than we needed and the check-in check-out was beyond simple. I did have to contact the management because the iron was missing. It took two days to hear back (we came in on a Saturday and the iron was replaced on Monday). Not a big deal, but that delay was the only reason I gave Communication a 4-star. The washer had mold/mildew along the rubber seal as most every front-loader eventually does, so I notified them so they could bleach it. I would have bleached it myself, but there was only hydrogen peroxide and vinegar in the condo. Management was delightful in their responses in our communication. I read reviews before booking and knew that the property wasn't impeccably "kept," so I booked with complete awareness. The reviews were correct. One day of carpet shampooing (not noticeably bad, but let's be honest...they haven't been cleaned) and a deep shampoo of the furniture (which was noticeable) would be all it would take to really improve. That and cleaning the cabinets and baseboards, which had grime and grunge along the inside trims of the shaker cabinets. If you're really concerned about something that feels "new" and super clean, this isn't it for you. I would not hesitate to come back.

Family Vacation Rental

This property was great. Nice unit, very clean. All pictures were true to form. The location was perfect, balcony views were relaxing. The property was very clean, came furnished with beach accessories and a kitchen stocked with appliances and dishware. If you need to iron clothes just be aware there is no iron but an ironing board was provided. The master bedroom gets very warm due to the windows facing the beach so keep the blinds closed as much as possible. Just keep in mind the beach view from the window will have you opening them wide every morning! A quick trip to Walmart and $25 later we had a iron for the dress clothes for our nice dinners out and a basic fan to cool off the room. There were plenty of linens and extra pillows left in the closets. We had 5 kids and 4 adults in our group and it was sufficient for our needs. Board games and books for beach reading were also provided in the unit. It was a convenient drive to local restaurants and entertainment. There are a few restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance as well. We had an issue with the AC unit when we came back late one night from dinner (after 11:00pm) and the on call property management answered promptly and had it resolved in less than 20 minutes. I would highly recommend this property to family and friends. It was a very enjoyable stay!

Nice Place...But....

This was our second year staying in the same condo. The coffeemaker did not work at all. The TV in living room sometimes works. (Last year it didn't work at all!). The oven is nasty. The mattress covers were dirty. Carpet needs replacing. I would recommend this property because it is a great location. It just needs attention!
