Disponible par Luxury Beach Rentals, la suite au 7Ăšme Ă©tage est en bord de mer et offre des vues spectaculaires sur l'Atlantique bleu. Ce condo a un grand lit king-size et donne sur l'ocĂ©an avec son propre balcon en bord de mer privĂ©. La grande salle de bain offre un comptoir en granit et une grande douche de plain-pied avec un sol carrelïżœïżœ. Le condo est Ă©galement Ă©quipĂ© de micro-ondes et un mini-rïżœïżœfrigĂ©rateur ainsi que d'une tĂ©lĂ©vision Ă  Ă©cran plat.

Le complexe est situé dans le coeur de la Grand Strand dans une section orientée assez famille de la plage. La salle Cypress est un restaurant primé sur place qui sert le petit déjeuner et le dßner avec les options disponibles sur la terrasse et au bar de la piscine le déjeuner pendant la période estivale. Sur place, le complexe de la piscine intérieure et extérieure qui comprend une riviÚre paresseuse, trois piscines, spas, une pataugeoire pour les enfants, et les formations cascade / rocher surplombant la plage avec un centre de remise en forme et le bronzage pelouse.

Only had 1 roll of TP. Great Location. I also think a binder with Restaurant suggestions and great places to see would help from prior guests. So you don’t go somewhere that isn’t liked. Restaurant at resort was wonderful. Pools and outdoor entertainment was really nice to have. Staff at resort was very friendly and courteous. Definitely will be back if we can get a reservation for next year.

Delightful!

Everything about the accommodations was perfect. And Island Vista is second to none. I’ve stayed there for years and it’s the only place I will go. BUT
.if I had to find one thing I’d like to see changed, it would be the fact that the carts to carry our luggage to and from the unit were not available.

Reviewer Comments: Island Vista was nice, however, we were surprised when we got here that there was no washing machine and dryer (as stated in the rental agreement to put linens in front of) No dishwasher, coffee cups etc. There was a coffee pot and a toaster. The rental agreement was misleading for the amount of money that was spent. There was a bistro table and chair in the room but unsure as to why, no kitchenette. We made due and did enjoy the beach and the getaway. In the future we will contact a resort directly instead of going through someone online. Last question below would we recommend the property, yes, but to contact the resort directly. Best regards.

This particular unit only has a microwave, a mini fridge, and coffee maker, so it's really more of a lovely hotel room than a condo. We were a little early in the season so the restaurant was only open for breakfast. We arrived late in the evening to find the owners in residence next door with the adjoins door open! I don't believe the management company notified them we were arriving and we also did not have a parking pass or any information in the room. I called but never had a call back. Fortunately the front desk gave me a parking pass so I wouldn't be towed. This is an off-site rental so the front desk is not aware you are there. No problem, until a sales rep tried to come in while we were napping in order to give a tour to the five people she had in tow?? I asked the front desk if they could make a note that we were in residence, but they pretty much said we were on our own. Overall this was a beautiful place to stay and we felt fortunate to have found it, but I think there were some awkward moments that could have been avoided! I would still recommend this condo... just leave the privacy sign on the door.

A stand alone among a few of the local homes that are well maintained all around you and no other hotels on either side of you. We were within 20 min. To Barefoot Landing, 10 min. To Broadway at the Beach, and 10 min. To MB Boardwalk by car. The resort was clean beautifully landscaped and managed very well. Plenty of covered onsite parking. Great pool area and right on the beach also well managed by the lifeguard. Had everything me and my wife wanted. We will be back again.

Nice Condo for 2 in a Great Resort!!

It was just the right size for 2 people and it had everything we needed. The Island Vista Resort is a beautiful resort, close to everything and the amenities were great! Very nice pools and hot tubs. Booking the room was very easy and Robert at Luxury Beach Rentals, LLC was very professional. Check-in was easy, it was nice going straight to the room. The only recommendation I have is that the furniture on the balcony could use a good cleaning. We hope to come back to the Island Vista soon and I would definitely rent this condo again, if it's available.
