Esta suite de 4 dormitorios en la 7ª planta está frente al mar y ofrece espectaculares vistas del Atlántico azul. Este condominio cuenta con dos dormitorios principales, tanto con camas de matrimonio, una con acceso a la gran terraza frente al mar y un gran baño principal w / encimeras de granito, doble lavabo, una gran bañera de hidromasaje, una ducha separada y un walk-in closet, así como suelos de baldosas; mientras que el otro ofrece un amplio cuarto de baño, junto con su propio balcón privado frente al mar y entrada privada en el condominio. La tercera habitación tiene dos camas individuales que pueden convertirse en un rey, y la habitaci��n a otro con dos camas dobles, junto con dos ba��os más. El salón dispone de un sofá cama queen size, TV de pantalla plana, lavadora y secadora y cocina totalmente equipada con encimeras de granito, este condominio crea una estancia grande y espacioso para usted y sus invitados.

El complejo está situado en el corazón de la Grand Strand en una sección muy orientada a la familia de la playa. La sala de Cypress es un galardonado restaurante que sirve desayuno y cena todos los días con opciones de comida disponibles en el patio y en el bar de la piscina durante los meses de verano. Actividades en el sitio incluyen el complejo de piscinas interiores y exteriores, que incluye un río lento, tres piscinas, balnearios, piscina infantil, y las formaciones cascada / roca con vistas a la playa, así como un gimnasio y el césped de bronceado.

Only set back was the hotel does not allow you to use their luggage racks to take all your stuff up to the too, so if you have. Beach wagon it might come in handy for that too.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were in general very pleased with our experience. One notable exception was that the Island Vista building was managed by a different group from the one we rented the specific unit from as a result, we were often told by the resort stay off that we were “off unit” and as such, were not eligible for certain amenities. This became very problematic when there was no access to bellboys or luggage racks.

Spacious condo for families

We have always stayed in a 3 bedroom condo and have rented from other companies. We needed a 4 bedroom condo this year and were happy to find one available through Luxury Beach Rentals. We were very happy with the 4 bedroom condo and would rent it again, but there were things that need some repairing and attention. My husband and I stayed in the bedroom that can also be rented as a single unit. This particular room did not seem to be as clean and as well maintained as the rest of the condo. Our shower curtain had a great deal of mildew on it. The cleaning crew should have never left it in this condition. We cleaned it with cleaning wipes that we brought along and it came right off. It would have only taken a cleaning crew about 5 minutes to take care of the problem. The room has its own ac unit and is not controlled by the unit that controls the rest of the condo. There was mold on the vents and again, we had to clean it ourselves with the cleaning wipes. There were a few spots of what appeared to be blood on the duvet cover and the duvet itself needs some attention as it is very "lumpy" and uneven. This room just didn't seem to be "up to par" as the rest of the condo was. It is a very spacious condo and was very well equipped with towels and washcloths, and the kitchen was very nicely stocked. We would definitely rent it again, but would feel a little better about the rental price if these small inconveniences could be addressed.

Pool area was very nice as was the beach. We enjoyed the Tiki Bar and having pizza delivered to our unit on the night we arrived was nice (we didn't have to go out after driving all day). I would say that parking was very tight and there are no luggage carts for you to use upon your arrival. You have to carry everything to your unit in your arms. Overall, a good time was had by all and the condo met our expectations.

Parking was convient and the no check in or out was definitely a plus. The staff was very friendly and eager to help you with whatever you needed. The best part of the stay was practically having the beach to yourself.

The posting for these activities were posted in the elevators were the kids could read about them. The front desk stated you chose not to participate. Very disappointing for the kids. Found a beach towel under the sheets of one of the beds, were the sheets changed?

UNHAPPY CAMPERS!!!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First and foremost, Island Vista does not feel "contractually obligated" to provide bell service. Nor do they provide linens or towels. In other words, you are completely on your own by renting from anyone other than Island Vista directly. The heater/A/C unit in #720 didn't work, the phones weren't connected to Island Vista, the TV in the master bedroom had nothing but snow on it, and we found a cockroach as we were packing out! I've sent emails to Red Awning and to Luxury Beach Rentals detailing our complaints, but no response! Oh, and the Island Vista staff assured us that if we had booked directly thru them we could have gotten all the services AND paid far less!! Oh, and we're not from "emeryville" wherever that is.

Tons of space and all the amenities were great. Except we couldn't use the gym. Apparently you need a special key which we didn't get. We had to take out our own trash though since 9:00 on Sunday is too early for maintenance to do it and we didn't want to leave it.
