Escape to your private retreat! Enjoy a private pool, game room with billiards and foosball, and four king beds for ultimate comfort. Relax in the outdoor sitting area, gather around the fire pit, and take advantage of water access for play and fishing. Perfect for both peaceful retreats and fun-filled adventures.

-Enjoy the nearby pleasure`s of Walnut Hill Coffee Shop or have lunch/dinner at Filo`s at the Winchester Town Square.
-Only minutes to Twin Creeks Marina
-Jack Daniel`s Distillery is a short drive away where you can embark on a tour and tasting.
-Tim`s Ford State Park offers scenic views, walking trails, and golf at Bear Trace.
-Elk River offers Trout fishing and kayak/canoe excursions
-Pool availability will be based on seasonal factors. Pool is for sure open Memorial day-October

Downstairs fireplace does not function

You will enter the home on a paved driveway, you can drive around the pool area to the garage doors for parking. You can also fit 2-3 vehicles on the other side of the pool. Please do not block the public access drive to the water.

You will be able to use the 2 kayaks and 2 paddleboards and take them to the water at the home. The home is on the Boiling Fork Creek inlet waters to Tims Ford Lake. You will not be able to access the water if their is heavy rainfall in the area as the inlet waters will swell and the current will be too strong to kayak or use the paddleboards.

The home is located in a quiet neighborhood in Winchester, TN just minutes to downtown and Twin Creeks Marina

The house was huge and well thought out. We had a Girls Trip for some much needed bonding time. The bed rooms were so spacious, beds were comfy and there was plenty of space for us to spend time together. Can’t wait to go back!

We had such a great time on this trip. The house is very well appointed with 4 king rooms, the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen had plenty of dishes for a large group (we had 11). There was plenty of space between the two living areas for everyone to spread out. The pool and deck areas were fabulous. We had such a great time playing in the pool. The neighborhood seemed very safe and was quiet. The property manager was VERY responsive which was great, also.

Lovely house, with pool and view down to the creek. This was the perfect house for our family get-together. Room for 7 of us. The younger family members enjoyed the pool table, foosball table and pingpong. All of us tried our hand at the kayaks in the creek. Food City grocery store is no more than a five minute drive, a Kroger maybe 8 or 9 minutes the other direction. Not totally obvious from the listing. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom. The tub in the photo is a deep soaking tub, not a jacuzzi. The other two bedrooms on the main floor, share a large bathroom down the hall. That hall bathroom has a fabulous shower. The bedroom downstairs, has a separate bath in the other corner of the downstairs - not en suite.Plenty of dining table space for a large group, Large sofa, plenty of chairs. The pool is a definite bonus. As are the selection of kayaks available for your use. Everything was perfectly clean. We would definitely stay there again, if we were in the area. The house was well equipped. For a large group, I could wish for a bit more silverware, to cut down the need to wash dishes constantly. There were 8 of everytjhing - but that meant with our group of 7, I was constantly having to wash things by hand to make sure there was enough to put on the table.
