Relax in this new beautiful lakeside home in Barefoot Bay. Gated community with its own pool and kayak launch. Enjoy views of Tim’s Ford lake while being conveniently located near downtown Winchester. Spacious open concept kitchen living and dining area with a fireplace insert. One bedroom and a full bathroom downstairs. Three bedrooms and two bathrooms upstairs with bunks in one room. Fire pit, patio along with kayaks and paddle boards for your pleasure and lots of amenities.

Barefoot Bay Retreat

We had a great time at the lake house. The house was a great layout and a short walk to the lake and a lovely pool we could enjoy. Everything was great!! Little town of Winchester had some fun places to explore.

May I ask why you gave me a 4 star review instead of 5? I felt like I responded well to everything you inquired about. I let you stay another whole day and didn’t charge you anything extra and everyone has always given me a5 star rating so u was just curious what problems you might have had?

Great House / Beautiful neighborhood

I took 7 teens for a lake weekend trip and we all had a wonderful time! 2 lake days, walking the town square, disc golf and a drive in movie!

Owner promptly responds to emails. Nice property. Clean. Kitchen adequately furnished. Check in and Exit instructions clearly explained. TV most likely easy to navigate by those not technically challenged; TV a challenge for elderly guests. (TV usage apparently available by using guest’s own personal app subscriptions.) Only one bedroom and bathroom with tub/shower downstairs. Bathroom with shower as well as a bathroom with tub/shower upstairs. Bunk room with two beds, bedroom with two beds and bedroom with queen bed upstairs. A chair would be nice addition to upstairs Master bedroom. A small screw was in the carpet beside the bed in the master bedroom upstairs, guest stepped on the screw; slippers suggested. There is a patio on the back of the house, but not furnished with table and chairs for outdoor use. Hope these comments are taken in a constructive spirit to help guests choose locations to best suit their needs.

I don't understand your 4 star review. Everything other than the screw on the floor is listed in my description and in my pictures as to what the house has in it so I'm not sure about your comments and most all the TVs now are streaming TVs where you use your own apps so I'm not sure about that either to be honest.

This house is gorgeous!! Very new and extremely clean. We had plenty of room for our family of five. You could easily have two families in this house. The gated community is so beautiful and everyone is friendly. Having the community swimming pool was an added bonus. The pool is a very shorty distance very the house, easily walkable. You can see the lake from the house, so pretty. We have really enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back.
