The house is very nice. For good size bedrooms and three full baths made it perfect for our group. The location was great for us as we were central to all of the golf courses we went to. We also really enjoyed the woods behind the house for some quick hikes. The house would be perfect with a few changes. First, there was no guide. The TV is a fancy model that pops up but we had to spend a lot of time making everything work. Also, the rear door needs some work as it was very hard to close and it had a special way to lock which we didn't know. We really wanted to give the house a star review because we really liked it.

The property is not some standard rental unit, this was clearly someone’s very nice and well appointed home. The rooms were wonderful, the furniture was wonderful, we were in close proximity to St Joe where we went on a charter fishing trip; we walked the trails to the Round Barn and Tabor Hill…which were excellent. Besides a couple of minor maintenance issues, our only complaint was that there is not a hot tub; even though one was listed as available and open year round. Communication with 3rd coast was seamless, and they did a fantastic job of preparing the property for us….I give it 4.5 out of 5 stars. Thank you!

The description of house and rooms was excellent. However, upon arrival the air quality was musty/mildewy. The air quality improved (not completely) after we stayed a day or two. Otherwise, the rooms and furniture were clean. The clothes washer and dryer showed some wear; and the dryer where the dryer vent (beyond the one where lint is removed after use) is installed is full of lint/dust which could be a fire hazard or prevent the dryer from operating effectively at least.We thought the kitchen was well-equipped with cleaning products and with cooking utensils. We cleaned the inside of drawers a bit upon arrival. Outdoor furniture/swings for kids was wonderful as well.We would have preferred more towels. The drip coffee maker was included on the amenities list, however, a cone coffee filter could be included on the list as well.It would have been nice to include that beach chairs/wagon were included on the available list of amenities; rental of chairs and the expense would have been unnecessary.It would have been a nice gesture to be able to include a charging plug for phones/smart watch.We enjoyed our stay, Thank you!!!

Girls weekend.

Really nice house.Comfy beds. From the backyard you can walk to Round Barn and Tabor Hill winery, but we did not get a chance. Nice back and front porch to sit on. Well stocked, very clean. Loved all the bathrooms. Definitely would stay here again. 15 min to Weke Beach, which is a nice beach. Saw a gorgeous sunset there. Thank you!

Perfect Weekend Getaway

We recently stayed at this VRBO with a small group of friends and family, and it was absolutely perfect. The location couldn’t have been better—nestled right between two wineries, which made it incredibly convenient for wine tasting and relaxing afternoons.The house itself was beautiful, spotless, and thoughtfully designed. It had a warm, welcoming atmosphere with plenty of space for everyone to spread out and feel comfortable. The amenities were top-notch, making it easy to settle in and enjoy our time without needing anything extra.We couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Highly recommend this home for anyone looking for a relaxing, well-appointed getaway in wine country!

Perfect multigenerational retreat.

We booked this property because of a funeral our family wanted to attend locally. Our family flew/drove in from three different states all considerably far from here. The four bathrooms allowed all of us to be church ready on time as we had plenty of space...and fortified because our rental kitchen was well stocked to help us with the correct utensils and pans we needed to use to make a hearty breakfast. After the funeral day we had the pleasure of walking to several wineries within a mile of our place for tastings! So fun.
