Esta casa de dos pisos y cuatro habitaciones seguramente satisfará todas sus necesidades. Tiene dos baños completos arriba y medio baño abajo. Lavadora y secadora disponibles. Amplia cocina con área de café, lavavajillas, triturador de basura, refrigerador y congelador de tamaño completo, estufa de gas. El comedor tiene un ambiente abierto con la opción de sentarse en taburetes de bar también. Amplio salón comedor con grandes ventanales. Habitación familiar con TV y puertas corredizas de vidrio que van al porche trasero. El porche trasero tiene dos puertas, pantalla o ventanas cerradas, tiene asientos y área de mesa. Hay una parrilla afuera y un pozo de fuego. Gran lugar para sentarse y tomar una copa de vino y dejar que los niños jueguen.
El cuarto de abajo tiene literas de tamaño completo con TV y reproductor de DVD. El dormitorio principal de arriba tiene baño completo y TV, con una cama queen size. Otras dos habitaciones de arriba tienen camas de tamaño completo. House debe tener todo lo que necesita para su estadía, con algunos extras adicionales. También tenemos un pack n play disponible. Estamos ubicados en un camino privado arbolado.
Dos de las habitaciones de arriba tienen unidades de aire acondicionado de ventana y una grande para la planta baja. Estamos bien abastecidos con artículos para que su embalaje sea más fácil y ligero.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay here. The house was roomy and well supplied and the yard was large and inviting. We enjoyed being close to the beach and seeing the deer in the mornings. It was so peaceful. I cannot say enough how wonderful the owner was. There was great communication and helpful recommendations that made the stay so much better.

We so loved our weekend at Darcy's place, a wonderful house to gather with our kids & grandkids! Plenty of comfy beds for good sleep, & lots of spots in the house & outside for gathering, playing & conversation. The kids loved the toys! We enjoyed making meals in the kitchen, smores around the campfire, & playing family games. We loved the house & location. It is a special place. We will be back! Thank you, Darcy!

Wonderful experience from check in to check out. The house was located off Red Arrow and so close to beaches. We had everything we needed to accommodate our 3 generations of family. Enjoyed the multiple indoor and outdoor spaces. The kitchen was well stocked and accommodated multiple cooks. The owner is very attentive and helpful. Would highly recommend this property!!!

This house is absolutely fantastic for families. We loved our 4 night stay and we didn’t want for anything. The host even left a gift of farm fresh eggs and a bottle of wine! We had 6 adults and 4 kids. Plenty of spaces to occupy with ease. The house was spotless and outfitted perfectly for a fun vacation.

Came in town for a family wedding! Great location, great large home to accommodate all of us! This home offers so much fun, the badminton was a huge hit in our family. So many toys for kids and the beach is steps or a quick drive away. So much fun packed into a long weekend. Thank you Darcy for quick responses and a wonderful visit!

25th anniversary bash!

Perfect for our large group!! Comfortable seating, great spaces to play games, and the perfect kitchen for big meals. We loved the walk to the beach, it was part of the fun! So glad to have ample space for a camp fire too!

Great family get away!

What a great stay is Sawyer. Darcy was a great host with excellent communication before and during our stay. Thanks for the fresh eggs from your chickens! We enjoyed as many as we could. We did have an issue with no hot water our first day and Darcy was there within minutes and had the issue fixed quickly. We walked to the beach the day we arrived. We agree with others that the walk to the beach was longer than expected but doable. The second day we paid the $11 fee to drive into Warren Dunes State Park. Darcy's house was only a 3 minute drive which made it easy to return for lunch and a nap. We went back to Warren Dunes later in the day for more beach time and a beautiful sunset (only need to pay the $11 once per day... can come and go) Some good restaurants we tried were Greenbush Brewing (huge portions of BBQ) a local burger legend Redamaks (similar to 5 guys) and The Stray Dog in New buffalo. Thanks Darcy for helping make our 2024 vacation a great time.

Really comfortable, pleasant stay in Sawyer

We had a great stay at Darcy's house in Sawyer. The house is spacious and comfortable and Darcy is a fantastic host. We were teenagers and grownups and one younger child. The kitchen was stocked with everything for preparing meals (no condiments and not much in the way of spices, but there WERE popsicles in the freezer when we arrived and fresh eggs from Darcy!) The games and toys closet was so great, tons to discover, building toys, puzzles, books, board games. Lots of options, especially for a rainy day it was a real perk. We used the basketball hoop out front and spent lots of time in the yards (front and back). It's a very pretty area, very woodsy, quiet, deer and wild turkeys to see wandering around, and the Warren Dunes beach is great. I will say that the walk to the beach is somewhat long--it's doable, but longer than we expected. On the upside, I got a lot of steps in every day during our stay. Darcy gave great directions to the trail and some suggestions about how to shuttle down to the trail in a car with the beach stuff which definitely helped us manage getting the chairs and things down there. The walk along the creek is fun. Sawyer has great fruits and vegetable stores, really good ice cream nearby, a new cocktail bar just opening up around the corner from the house, and on days when swimming was not an option (red flag for rough waters) we took excursions to St. Joseph and South Haven. This is a great stay in Sawyer -- for families, especially.

Wonderful family place to stay!

This was a great place to stay for our family! We stayed 3 nights, us, our kids, & our grandkids! The kids loved all the toys. We didn’t have to pack any toys! We enjoyed the kitchen, cooking in, the grill, the fire pit, the comfy beds, & location! Walked to the beach. Made lots of sweet memories! Had a relaxing stay! Thank you, Darcy!

We had a great 4-day weekend in Sawyer. We were able to find anything that we needed. The house came very well stocked. Darcy was a great host. She took some time with us to explain the house’s features. She also gave us several options for things to do in the area. She stayed in touch to make sure any questions we had were answered.

As Comfy as Home

This is a great home. All the amenities you could ask for. Tons of games. Back yard was great and we enjoyed a bonfire. Lots of rooms to sit back and enjoy including the sun porch. The host was very attentive and even gifted us with a dozen farm fresh eggs we enjoyed. It is really a great place to stay!!

Cozy, like home!

Super attentive host, that checked in a few times to make sure we had what we needed! House was well stocked, and cozy. Made you feel like home. We enjoyed the provided croquet set, and played multiple games in the back yard. Loved the open feeling of the kitchen & living area, for more togetherness for our large family of 9 adults & 3 very small children. The walk to the beach was an easy >mile… unless you have to carry children & stuff. Idk if a stroller or wagon would’ve made the trek easier. We would definitely stay again!

A great place to stay

The place has a nice back yard with campfire area and grill area. It has lots of nice sleeping space and three restrooms. Lots of games and a big lounge area. We had a good time. Would definitely recommend it.

Amazing Stay

I think the highly rated reviews already explain how good the host and their place is. Their house was very clean and nicely decorated with plenty of space for at least 6-8 people. The host also left fresh eggs from their chickens and some wine and was incredibly flexible for check in and check out times. We would definitely ask for staying here again.

Great stay, family friendly

This was an awesome rental, we stayed for 4 days with a lot of people and a wide range of ages. The house is super comfy with lots of space to spread out its and stocked with anything you can think of needing and more. We cooked, grilled, bonfired, and beached. There’s an entire room of toys and game for the kids, towels and chairs for beaching, even big spray for venturing to the trail near by into the dunes. We felt as ease with all the kids running around and had a really relaxing stay. Darcy was a super accommodating and kind host. Would definitely stay again!

Darcy Saves the Day

After another property fell through at the very last minute (we had already checked in) I was scrambling to find a home for 8 of the 32 family members gathered from all over the country for our biannual reunion. Darcy was amazing, making her home available early, and following through with fantastic support throughout the week. We fell in love with Sawyer and will return for 2025. And we named a cocktail after Darcy, what a star!

Relaxed Get Away near Beach

We had a wonderful stay. Communication with Darcy was wonderful, beforehand and after. She was very resourceful, friendly, and was very flexible with check in and check out. They house is in walking distance to the beach but the walk is "far" and on a street - just not ideal for small children. However, the beach is gorgeous. You can access the beach through a quick drive without any difficulties.

Thoughtful!

This place was perfect for our family! First, the space itself allowed for a larger group to both gather together but when needed find quieter get aways. It is clear that the host has a focus on making the time there comfortable as almost every potential need is met. And they are extremely responsive when there are questions or needs that arise.
