Cheviot Hills - Quiet Private Central Neighborhood

Centrally located in a safe and peaceful neighborhood, it's perfect for leisurely walks and is within walking distance to Rancho Park. 15mins away from the beach and 10mins to Beverly Hills.

Located in one of the most quiet and safe neighborhoods in Los Angeles, our house is the perfect place to relax and explore any part of LA. Our property is managed by our family, not a company, and we are always available to give any suggestions or help you with anything you may need during your stay.

With just a 10min walk away from Rancho Park, families will enjoy the many facilities it has, including basket hoops (though we have one in our front yard too), tennis courts, golf courses, outdoor swimming pools during the summer, baseball fields, and simply lots of green grass to walk around.

You are truly centrally located here, with just a 15min drive away from Santa Monica beaches, 8min drive to Rodeo Dr. in Beverly Hills, 5mins from Century City, 20mins to West Hollywood and 25mins to LAX.

Our house is meticulously cleaned and sanitized before and after every visit.

Please note: this is not a home for events or parties.

The Gardner is scheduled to come every Monday and Thursday at around 11am.

There is as much street parking as needed in our neighborhood with no permits needed, with no concerns about finding a spot.

The whole house is yours! Make yourselves at home, and please remember that this is our home, too.
