To ensure you have the flexibility to tailor your stay, we’ve structured our pricing with add-on options rather than automatically including certain amenities in the base rate. This approach allows you to only pay for what you need—whether it's a pet fee or an EV charger—making your stay as seamless as possible.

Our advertised rates are based on four guests, as most of our guests tend to travel in smaller groups.

After booking, you'll have easy access to the Guest Portal, where you can customize your experience further with options like early check-ins, late check-outs, pool heating, pet fees, mid-stay cleanings, baby cribs, and more. Detailed pricing and cancellation policies for these services can be found in the House Rules.

We love furry companions! Our pet fee is $35 per night, per dog.

SAFETY & SECURITY FOR ALL GUESTS
Please note that we utilize our trusted partner, Truvi, to verify the details of our guests. This adheres to the guidelines set by the channels for professional management companies, such as Miami Vacation Stays. It may be something you haven't experienced before on this platform, because most hosts are not professional management companies.

Your safety and peace of mind are our top priorities. To ensure a secure and trustworthy experience, we partner with Truvi, a leading company specializing in host verifications and screenings. This allows us to provide a safe environment for both hosts and guests alike. Truvi also manages our damage waiver process, and we will send a rental agreement for you to review and sign prior to your stay.

LUXURIOUS LINENS AND TOWELS
As part of our commitment to comfort, we provide premium linens for every guest, including fitted sheets, cooling comforters, pillows, and extra blankets. Additionally, you will receive two bath towels, one hand towel, one washcloth, and one pool towel per guest during your stay.
