Beautiful house with a perfect location in Piso Livadi. I definitely suggest Dimitris property

Beautiful 3 floors house with large rooms, clean bathrooms and beautiful sea front terrace with jacuzzi. The property is not the only positive point cause the location is top level and Dimitris and his family takes care of you from first day to last.

Mattia, Giulia and their friends are the ideal guests for any host! During their stay had been very clean, tidy and fully respectful of the house rules! They left the house in a perfect condition, so i definitely recommend them to anyone interested in hosting them! Grazie mille e i nostri più cordiali saluti! Dimitris, Elias and family

Beautiful Property, Perfect Location

We spent 8 days and I wish it was 80. Dimitris, our host, was thoughtful, pleasant, and attentive to our needs. The location is perfect for days at the beach and dinners by the sea, all within walking distance. It was an experience that will stay with us the rest of our lives. Thanks Dimitris!

A refaire!

Merci beaucoup Gwenaelle! You and your friends are welcome to stay again in the future if you wish. And thanks again for the way you treated the villa -we found it clean and neat- much appreciated! It is a pity we didn't have the option to leave a (text) review at your profile... (HomeAway are you listening...?) Best regards!

We would like to thank Julie for her review. As for her last comment on our presence in the house when it is leased, we would like to clarify that: 1. It is clearly stated in our profile that we are present, but in an entirely DETACHED flat, when the rest of the house is being rented. Accordingly, the guests enter the house by their own, independent entrance in the garden, while our entrance is elsewhere. 2. Our presence is discreet and ensures our disposal in case of any problem; house-related or other. (e.g. health issue) 3. After many reservations (the house is not only listed here...) this is the 1st time that a guest finds our presence "annoying" and we didn't make noise as Julie claims. On the contrary, the last thing we could expect, from a group of guests with 6 children (2 babies + 4 little kids), is complaints about... noise! Dimitris, Elias and parents

Wonderful

We have been in Paros at Piso Livadi for 5 days and we had the chance to stay in this beautiful flat. The house is very confortabile with a lot of facilities and a fantastic jacuzzi placed at the top of the terrace were it is possible to enjoy a breath-thaking view in the Port and in the summer sunrise. Dimitris and his family are very kind and full of attention in the confront of their guests. I hardly suggest this house and If We will have the availability in the next future we will came back for a longer holidays. Beat regards
