Villa Olives, is built and designed in authentic Cycladic line and ambience with bright and soothing colours. A quiet and comfortable accommodation. There are only traditional wooden beds and furniture. All rooms have a breathtaking view either of the Aegean sea or the surrounding cliffs. The outdoor facilities are perfect for moments of relaxation and rejuvenation. Our guests might experience the most harmonious holidays. There is not only the sun and sea but also the outstanding landscape.
All guest rooms are really cosy, spacious with a luxurious touch and of course the latest amenities. Additionally they offer a unique view of the picturesque capital of Naxos, Chora, the Aegean Sea, the cluster of Cycladic Islands and absolute tranquillity. Additionally the parking is private, belongs exclusively to the accommodation and is within the bounds of the villa. At your disposal around the clock.
Olives & Rocks Naxian Villas (4 bedrooms) is located in a walking distance from the unique beach of Agia Anna. Any kind of shop such us bakery, cafeteria, restaurant, supermarket, pharmacy etc can be found.(approximately 1600 meters away). There is a mini market 700 meters away (ARISTA). Significant information (distance from accommodation): Port: 5,3 km, Airport:1,9 km, Hospital:4 km, Chora center:4 km, Agia Anna beach:1.6 km, Agios Prokopios beach:2.5 km, Agios Georgios beach:4.5 km In order to facilitate your stay and reach every possible significant destination,a vehicle is highly recommended.

Amazing Property

Amazing rental! The house was clean, well stocked and close to the airport, town and beautiful beaches. Harry is a great host with good communication. He was also very accommodating of our group and timelines and made the entire experience that much better. I highly recommend this property! One of the best I’ve stayed in!

Best secret in Naxos

Such an amazing place for large groups! Great location with easy access to the rest of the island. Great kitchen for cooking for large groups and all the accessories you could need. Most incredible sunsets! Make sure to book and not sleep on this place. I’ll be back!

Great villa in Naxos

This was a fantastic place to stay in Naxos. You really do need a car to get around, but with one you find that it’s very easy to get most of the places you will want to go. The villa is just 2km from the airport, so you can be there in 3-4 minutes. It was about a 5-7 min drive to either Plaka Beach or Agia Anna Beach. We preferred Plaka for hanging because it’s more spacious, not as crowded with the chair setups, but ate at multiple restaurants at both beaches and had great meals. It was a little farther to Chora (Naxos Town) but still an easy drive. The layout of the villa was great for a family, with two bedrooms and a bathroom on each floor. The kitchen was very well equipped, and the living area was comfortable to hang out in. Everything was very clean and the villa is well decorated and has an airy beach house type of feel. The pool was very refreshing on a hot day after coming back from the beach, and had lots of lounge furniture. One thing you should know is that there are no air conditioners. The house is very well setup for natural ventilation, with each window or door to patios able to be opened fully or tilted open. You can get excellent cross breezes through the house.
