BASEMENT - It's Game Time
Venture downstairs! Here you'll find a queen size sleeper sofa and another common area complete with a TV and games. In the corner you'll find a retro bar next to a poker table. It's all fun and games!

BEDROOM 3 - Tucked Away
This bedroom is located in the basement with two full size beds. The linens for the sleeper sofa are in kept in this room.

BATHROOM 1 - Pretty in Pink
Just off the living room on the main floor is a bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The bathroom is stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, a hair dryer, and makeup remover towels.

BATHROOM 2 - Monochrome Mix Up
In the basement, there is another full bathroom full bathroom (with a shower, no bathtub). This bathroom is also stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, a hair dryer, and makeup remover towels.

LAUNDRY
Also in the basement, there is a washer/dryer along with detergent pods, and dryer sheets to use during your stay.

BACKYARD
This home has a back deck that overlooks the beautiful backyard. Enjoy your morning cup of coffee at our outdoor patio dining table.

GARAGE
No days off! The garage is stocked with weights, a stationary bike, and a workout bench. You'll also find a full-size shuffle board table and seating for some more friendly competition.

EXTERIOR
This home is in a quiet neighborhood with respectful neighbors.

There is room for two cars to park in the driveway with additional parking on the street if needed.

We had a great stay in Westwood. We had a group of three families in town for a wedding. The house has plenty of amenities you including coffee, bath wash, shampoo, etc. the location is great, we visited blue sushi for happy hour which is a quick walk and conroys for a late night drink. Both were great. The house is noisy, other reviews have mentioned it…but there’s a sound machine that helped a lot. I’d definitely recommend this for a stay!

We loved the house. We could tell you really put some thought into the decor. It was very clean and we appreciated using the washer/dryer and the detergent and softener you provided as well. We were concerned with the bathroom upstairs. There was mold around the tub and in the window seal. The window seal didn’t look great with the paint flaking off and the mold. There was one of the dining chairs that looked like the cane is breaking so we didn’t use that. Everything else was great! Thank you for sharing.

The hosts and their communication were excellent, accommodating and quick to respond. The location was perfect and proximal to everywhere we needed to go, ie the plaza, downtown, Overland Park etc. The house is also walking distance to coffee, restaurants and a playground. The house is on a quiet street. This is an older home which has been remodeled. The kitchen has been redone beautifully as well as the basement, of note is that the upstairs bathroom (where the two king beds are located) is an older bathroom with little counter space and an outdated tub. The newer bathroom is in the basement with the 2 full beds. Also the floors and doors were extremely noisy especially when sleeping in the basement room. Of note is that we travelled with two small children so this may be less of a concern for adults. The house was otherwise lovely and well stocked with all that we needed.

Cute, clean house with drip coffee maker! Although, the basement could improve with more air circulation. The large backyard was a perfect place for the kids to run and play. Overall, we enjoyed our stay!

Perfect House in Kansas City to Stay in

The home was quiet, comfortable, and perfectly suited for our stay. It was well-stocked with everything we needed, from kitchen essentials to plenty of towels. The host was very responsive and provided all the information we needed for a smooth, hassle-free experience. The shuffleboard was a big hit, and the outdoor deck made for a great hangout spot to relax and unwind.

Gorgeous cottage

This home was built in the 1940’s but doesn’t feel like an old home with a lot of wear and tear. Eclectic and beautifully designed with guests in mind. Comfortable beds, even the hide-a-bed. Very clean, including every sheet, towel and corner of the bathroom floors. Communication with the host was clear and straightforward.

Lovely home!

We were here while my husband had a heart procedure done at St. Luke's Hospital. We appreciated the closeness of the hospital and to Joe's KC BBQ! The host answered my questions quickly and clearly. The house itself was clean and inviting! We enjoyed sitting on the back deck as well.
