You’ll enjoy the 1/2 mile well maintained gravel road to get to this gem located on 5 acres of well manicured property. 10 min to Jordan Lake, 18 min to Harris Lake, 30 min to RDU airport, 5 min to Sanford exec airport and 10 min to the town of Sanford You’ll enjoy the entire 1800 sq. ft. of the upstairs with an elevated patio and private entry. You’ll have access to the fire pit, with plenty of fire wood. There are two parking spots dedicated for you and we can accommodate boats. At the top of the steps a cozy deck overlooking the country scenic view awaits. Through the front doors is an open floor plan that includes a coat closet, living room, dining room, desk, foosball table, area for reading/play and a kitchen. The kitchen has an Instant Omni which can toast, roast, air fry, bake and more. In addition, there is a 2 burner electric stove top, microwave, mini fridge, an apartment sized refrigerator and all kitchen utensils including pots, pans and plates. Around the corner is a large bedroom with a queen bed, 2 walk in closets, dresser, vanity and smart tv. Continue down the hallway to a bathroom on the right with shower and another large bedroom with a queen bedroom, futon (or can be used as a spare bed), clothes rack and smart tv. Nestle by a fire down the stairs from the front door that has lots of dry wood for your enjoyment. You have access to the entire upstairs, front yard and side yard. There is lots of space to enjoy your visit! Plenty of parking for your lake toys. We live in the downstairs unit of the property and are here to help if you need anything, just let us know! We live on a gravel road with 10 other houses (each house has a minimum of 5 acres) and we are the 8th house on the right. You may see deer, chickens, a horse, dogs or the neighbors goats (if they escape).
