Stayed here for our 30th’s and it couldn’t have been more perfect. Villa was just perfect and everything we could have wanted. Jane was a wonderful host and made everything very easy and was very accommodating. Perfect holiday with perfect people ❤️

We Loved Sunset Villa!

We rented Sunset Villa to celebrate my son’s 40th Birthday in July. We were a group of 8 adults and 3 young children. The bedrooms and living spaces were great and the a/c worked perfectly - essential as it was +35 degrees most days. The separate apartment on the ground floor was a bonus for Nana (me!) so I could be away from the early mornings and early risers. We are all Ibiza veterans so knew exactly where we wanted to visit but Jane sent loads of suggestions for restaurants and beaches. She was always quick to reply to any questions we had but we had very few problems at all. The swimming pool is fantastic with steps for the younger ones and the views over the sea and islands were perfect for those spectacular Ibiza sunsets. The only thing we found daunting was the very sophisticated alarm system and we only set it when we were all out of the villa which only happened on a couple of occasions. We even managed an online shopping delivery from Mercadona so we didn’t have to go straight back out as soon as we arrived on the Saturday night. This was one of the best villas we have rented on the White Isle - I would highly recommend!

Perfect Villa

Wonderful Villa. Swimming pool(s) great, all bedrooms have sea views and balconies so nobody felt short changed! ;) The restaurant just down the road is wonderful too. We had trouble getting taxi's to come to the property but either walked to the restaurant and they called taxi's for us or walked to town (about 30 minutes - all down hill!) - no problem getting taxi's back. Would 100% return

Lovely Villa

Lovely Villa, we really enjoyed our stay, the location is nice and quiet and very pretty. The only things you can walk to is a very nice restaurant (10mins) and Cala Salada beach (25mins) The hosts were very friendly and responded straight away with any queries we had. The only negative thing is the villa photos are not very recent and a few areas look alittle tired and need updating. However we would recommend this villa and would definitely stay again :)

Amazing villa

My family and I stayed here to celebrate my 50th birthday. The hosts couldn’t of been more helpful and kind. The villa was spacious and is an ideal place for all age groups to enjoy and we couldn’t of wished for a more perfect place to stay. We would highly recommend this villa and would love return one day.

Superb setting and views to die for!

This spacious, modern villa is situated in the most beautiful setting, of tropical gardens with views to the sea in the distance. We were an adult family of 8 and enjoyed the spaciousness of both the inside and the outdoor areas. We spent all of our time outdoors enjoying the incredible pool and surrounding areas. The balcony was a perfect spot for yoga and the small tennis court was used every day. We enjoyed the large, shaded dining area for lunches and the odd dinner. There is a great local restaurant just 10 mins walking distance from the villa, Can Pou, where we received a warm welcome both times we visited. I would highly recommend this villa for it's exceptional location, stunning sunsets and spacious living areas.

Beautiful Villa!

This is a perfect villa for large families. Its spacious in a quiet neighbourhood with wonderful views to the sea and glorious sunsets each evening. The villa is set into a hill so there is a seperate apartment for two people at pool level beneath the villa. The villa itself is fully equipped with all you need and the air conditioning is first class. The main pool is large and perfect for adults which waterfalls into a kiddies pool. The owner Jane could not be more helpful before and during our stay. Single sex party groups should stay away from this quiet beautiful villa which should be treated with the respect that it deserves!

A Fantastic Villa

We stayed here for a week as a group of 14 adults celebrating my wife's 30th Birthday. The villa was everything we had hoped for and was exactly how the listing described spacious, clean and has everything you need. We met the owners on the first day who were very helpful and informative. Its a great location as its not too far outside San Antonio (costing around 8 euros in a taxi) and its close to Cala Salada beach which is beautiful. We hired a car which made the supermarket trips easier but its not essential!! There's also a really great restaurant 5 min's walk away called Can Pou which has excellent food and is reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend the duck. We would love to go back soon! Fantastic villa in fab location

As a family we have been spent over twenty years renting holiday villas abroad and have had many happy times but have never returned to the same villa twice for one reason or another but we will definitely be returning to Sunset Villa!! This lovely villa with the most amazing view was a real home from home for us and fitted our needs as an extended group of 9 perfectly. The other reviews are spot on so I don't need to repeat them. There was masses of space for us all and a great 24h taxi service whenever we needed to be driven somewhere which was great for the clubbers getting back and forward. There is now a new supermarket 2 mins drive from the villa which was very well stocked. This villa was also very private which was great for us as we are quite a noisy family! Jane was brilliant to deal with and quick to respond to any of our queries. This villa is very good value and we will definitely return!!

Wow ! What an amazing villa !

We were a party of 11 aged between 6 and 60 ! and the villa accommodated us with ease !...very spacious..and every couple had they're own private bathroom! The pool was definitely the main feature for us ..many hours were spent lolling,and frolicking here! It's beautifully lit at night .When we hire villas we never normally spend a lot of time in them ..but this time we didn't want to leave our gorgeous house and pool ! The view is beautiful..location ideal ..just far enough away from all the "action" in San Antonio. The restaurant on the beach of Cala Salada is a real treat ..beautiful food and lovely staff! And can Pou bar was a nice stroll away . Thank you Jane for a wonderful week where we were able to get together to celebrate Steve's 60 th Many thanks Karen

Pure Luxury

I stayed at this beautiful villa with 8 members of my family the first week of June as my daughter got married in Ibiza. Well to say it was breath taking was an understatement. Spotlessly clean and views to die for. It was a stunning property with a lovely eating area by the stone tower in the dappled shade. All the rooms were spacious and had en-suite luxury bathrooms. To wake up to the views of the sea was amazing as were the stunning sun sets. A little bit tricky to find but within a few minutes there were 2 super markets (Lidl and Mercadona)both extremely good value. We made good use of the luxury swimming pool and Jacuzzi. The owners David and Jane were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending this gorgeous villa for a family holiday and would definitely like to return.

We have purchased this villa in the late nineties for its superb location and its orientation west/south west so the swimming pools and the garden terraces will have sun all day, unlike the north /east facing villas were the pools and the terraces will be in shade in the afternoon.
. We searched the whole of the island of Ibiza starting with Ibiza town and the surroundings it was a no for us as there is a large generator burning fossil fuel to generate the only electric that supplies the electric to the whole of the Ibiza, it polluted the air not to mention the horrible smell, when the wind blow it into your direction.
Other towns on the northern and eastern side were also a no for us as the villas there facing northern/east and have no exciting sunset in the evening.
The Inland of the island were also too far from the sea
So finally unlike many of other spoiled western side of the Island we chose the most beautiful unspoiled part of the Island of Cala Salad Europe’s second best natural beach and well known to be the most unspoiled part of the Island and the convenience of shopping as it is less than 3 kilometers from the supermarket like Lidel and Mercadona .
The villa itself and its spacious ground was superb for us and you will never feel overcrowded
All the en-suite large bedrooms are a delight as they have their own terraces facing the sea and sunset and the lush tropical garden has many terraces to relax and chill out.
Another extra bonus the villa has a luxury AC Apartment with its own separate double bedroom , bathroom and fully equipped kitchen/dining ,lounge with a sofa bed with views to the pool terrace/sea The apartment bedroom has a separate exit leading directly to the pool covered terrace and the pool area.
There is also the conveyance of two remote controls with 2 separate entrances and parking for 12 cars.
