everything was just right

Best panoramic view of the sea I have ever experienced. The Gulf of Mexico was glistening blue, the sky was perfect especially as the sun set gradually into the sea. Spacious , lovely interior. Walked to great live music and excellent restaurants, hardly used the car. Relaxing. A find.

a great place to vacation!

My sister and I loved the location and the complex. The security with codes and key fobs was excellent. The grounds were beautifully maintained. We had access to a wonderful, clean pool and a private beach. The view from the balcony was fabulous. The condo was fine, but could stand a fresh coat of paint and a little more thorough cleaning. We had one minor issue when the AC stopped working. I contacted iTrips and they responded immediately by coming out and fixing it. Couldn't have asked for better service! We met so many nice people who come there year after year. We've already booked in that same building for next year!

Condo needs a deepcleaning

Kitchen floor dirty counters had dried food on them. Dishes and glasses in cupboards were food and lipstick stained The master bedroom cover had dried stains on it we purchased another cover for the bed and the bed skirt ripped. Air conditioning unit covered with dust the odor was prevalent. Will never return there again was very disappointed to say the least.

This is a corner unit with great views of the Gulf. Everything is very functional. That being said an upgrade of the stove and master bedroom furniture could be advised. Our month was lovely.

Beautiful, but noisy

We loved the location! Pool and hot tub area Awesome! The 2nd bedroom faced a bar, which had live music Th-Sat. A fun place, but difficult with the noise at night to sleep (sirens and loud cars contributed to the noise issue). New windows maybe would help(sound reducing) The master bedroom, beautiful. Our only recommendation would be to update the mattress. Management answered any questions we had very quickly. The area had so much to offer. Boating, biking, kayaks and beautiful beach! Many restaurants to choose from, we never had a bad meal. We are so glad we landed there for 3 weeks. Beautiful beautiful sunsets!

Property has great views and pool and beach area are very nice. Property managers were very supportive and quick to respond. Overall a very nice unit.

Great Condo!

We had a wonderful time at this Condo. This place features an ideal location, right on the beach. In addition, there is a pool onsite and there are several shopping, and dining options in walking distance.

Awesome Sunset view

We enjoyed our two week stay. The view when we first walked in was breath taking! The sunsets were amazing and watching the dolphins was great too. Thanks for a great vacation.

I booked a private cottage on treasure island in Florida. When I arrived at the Tampa airport, and was in my rental car, I received a call saying the cottage wasnt available and the driveway was torn up. I was offered a 12th floor condo on a busy street in Madeira beach which was satisfactory, but certainly not the private cottage experience I had hoped and paid for.

Great condo on the beach!

We loved the property and location. There are a couple of small issues. Beach furniture is rusted and falling apart. The frames of the beds are loose and some updated Padua furniture would be an asset. But overall a great place to stay!

Beach lovers

We recently stayed at 2-1208 Ocean Sands and throughly enjoyed our stay. The weather was beautiful for the majority of our stay and the beach is beautiful. The condo is very nice and is as pictured and described. The complex is quiet and well managed. The pool area is large and there was no difficulty finding a place to lounge. There are several good eating places in the imediate area and more within short driving distance.

Love Ocean Sands!

This is our fifth stay at Ocean Sands and unit 2-1208 is our favorite so far. We love the top floor, and the corner unit. Everything was in working order and as presented in the pictures. Can’t wait to come back!

Surprise dream Christmas vacation!!

I surprised my son this Christmas with , as he put it, the best Christmas visit of his life! The two bedroom condo was large, spacey, clean, well equipped and updated with all the latest amenities. We walked the beaches, swam in the pool, soaked in the spa, held a family reunion with barbecue in the outdoor party area. I certainly plan to visit again next year. We had a wonderful time. Lots of compliments on the beautiful condo wide patio and surf side view. Only regret is that I haven't visit before now. Cant wait until next year!

Nice condo that needs some fixes.

Lovely condo with floor tile throughout. Great view from 12th floor with gorgeous sunsets nightly. Television in living room is a little outdated and hard to operate. Beds are very comfortable. Patio could use a chaise lounge instead of just hard chairs. Beach equipement next to useless, especially the beach umbrella. On the whole quite nice. Very clean.
