The large screened-in balcony is the perfect spot for watching the glorious Florida sunset after enjoying a fun day on the beach. You are within walking distance to restaurants, shops and other beach activities. Full washer/dryer in the condo. Free wireless internet service and free parking is available. Villa Madeira #405

We have been vacationing in the Clearwater/St. Pete area for over 20 years. We have dealt with many different management companies and this was by far the best one yet. The rental was very clean and up to date. The owner of this property cares about his investment.

Great location!

This is by far one of the best locations if you’re looking for an uncrowded beach vacation. The beach was fantastic! The condo itself is very nice but needs a deep cleaning and a few repairs. Beach towels and chairs were not provided, but we didn’t mind renting the chairs on the beach for $165 for the week. It saved us having to lug stuff around. Biggest downfall was the keys. You had to have a key to get in the elevator, in the condo, to the beach (in and out), the pool (in and out) and the pool bathroom. This was the biggest complaint we heard from everyone staying there. Not convenient. Especially when you have more than 4 in your party. We were told only 24 hrs in advance of our arrival that the roof was being replaced during our stay so we didn’t get to enjoy the pool much. It stayed dirty from the debris coming from the roof. Another inconvenience but the beach was amazing! Again, if you’re looking to spend your days with your toes in the sand it’s great!

Madeira Beach

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Family friendly, Great view, and liked the fact that building was secured. Very Quiet bldg. Convenient to Busch Gardens & Zoo Tampa. A couple of suggestions, do away with tv in master replacing it with tv from family room. Bigger tv in family room. Blinds in family room & master needs to be replaced (slats kept falling). The condo was clean but there was some broken glass in master shower.

Madeira stay

Everything was really nice about the condo. The beds were comfortable and everything looked just like the pictures online. Beach view is beautiful. One thing that wasn’t working was the fan on the deck. My one complaint is that you have to use keys to get in everywhere and I heard many others complaining about the same thing. Would have liked key codes to get in. Other than that I really liked the condo.

Highly recommend

Great stay at a great place. Very clean and comfortable. The beds were comfy and kitchen was well stocked. It had everything that we needed- however beach chairs and/or towels would have been nice to have but otherwise it had everything needed for our stay. We love the area and the complex. Right on the beach with beautiful views. Lots to do within walking distance - Johns Pass, restaurants, ice cream, etc. Thanks again for letting us stay on your condo.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time and the facilities overall were very nice. We did note a few issues. There was an overhead light in the kitchen burnt out and the sinks lacked stoppers or screens of some kind, that could allow fairly large items to go down the drain and cause potential plumbing problems. There was some mildew in the washer from closing the door on a wet washer.

The condo was well furnished with all the necessities and then some! My only recommendation would be to add a TV to the extra bedrooms but all in all it was an incredible 2 week vacation and we would definitely stay here again!

Perfect beach access and views

Property location was great. Balcony had great views and terrific beach access. We found condo very comfortable but wish extra bedrooms had queen size beds. Laundry facilities were great plus. Kitchen was well stocked and refrigerator was clean. There were plenty of plush towels and bathrooms were clean. We never got the TV in the master bedroom to work. Only real complaint about condo is that it seemed dark and gloomy inside. Needs brighter paint and more Florida like decor. Large kitchen table with seating for 6 was great for dinner with guests and playing cards. Overall, we would stay here again and stay longer. Also, access to restaurants and shopping at John's Pass was so convenient.

Great location

Very easy check in. Right on beach with view from balcony. Beds are comfortable except the little day bed in the den. Good for a child but not an adult. Kitchen is well stocked with pots pans and bakeware. Beach towels are included as well as two beach chairs and coolers. Would definitely stay here again.
