Cette propriété est à quelques minutes de la plage et également des principales rues de Port Chester, Rye et Greenwich, cette maison entièrement rénové, dispose de planchers de bois franc, lave-linge séchant, le chauffage central et la climatisation et un état merveilleux de la cuisine de l'art avec des comptoirs en granit . La propriété dispose de 3 chambres pittoresques (chambre n ° 1: un lit queen, chambre n ° 2: un lit double complet (), chambre n ° 3: un jumeau (lit simple)). Profitez de regarder des films sur le téléviseur 4K ultra haute définition dans le salon. Toutes les chambres ont la télévision avec accès à des films Netflix et Amazon.

Prendre le train ou en voiture de Manhattan - moins de 25 miles. Idéalement situé pour explorer la région des trois États en voiture.

Profitez d'un barbecue sur la terrasse arrière ou à pied des commerces, cinéma, restaurants, plage, piscine, parcs, tennis, bibliothèque, gare et bien plus encore. Super endroit pour marcher ou faire du jogging près de l'eau. Nous sommes à 15 minutes à pied de la plage de Byram et aussi de Port Chester qui offre de nombreux restaurants, cafés, cinémas, endroits pour faire du shopping et le théâtre historique Capitol. La gare est à 1,6 km.

Greenwich Avenue, dans le centre-ville pittoresque de Greenwich, est connue pour ses excellents restaurants et ses nombreuses boutiques haut de gamme, à seulement 7 minutes en voiture. Rye Playland est un parc d'attractions amusant à l'ancienne et la plage de Rye qui est à 10 minutes en voiture.

Beautiful house in the perfect location for a New York trip. Only an hour to Grand Central to explore Manhattan and the local neighbourhoods are lovely too. Property was as described, nice decor and a bonus garden to chill in after all the walking around. Thoroughly recommend.

Excellent property and location

This was a perfect location for us to stay having travelled from the UK to spend time with family in nearby Greenwich. We appreciated the comfortable and clean surroundings. The beds were comfortable and plenty of towels. We very much enjoyed having a kettle being tea loving brits! Henri was very responsive to our booking and communications were excellent. We would definitely stay again!

Cute, Clean and Convenient!!

We really enjoyed our stay at this cute house which was so conveniently located near our family in Rye. My husband and I stayed here along with our son and daughter-in-law. There was also a tiny 3rd bedroom if we had needed it for our other son. The house was completely renovated and spotlessly clean. We will definitely stay here again the next time we come to town!

Perfect for a week long stay in a delightful neighborhood!

I recently stayed for one week with my wife and kids while I was working in NYC. The duplex itself is tastefully decorated and updated. Henri was accommodating in every way. We even had water and fresh fruit waiting for us on arrival. Staying in Greenwich close to beaches, dining and the train made it easy and enjoyable for the family. Thanks Henri!

Lovely, well managed duplex

My husband , daughter, son-in-law and their 5 mos old stayed 3 nights at this lovely duplex which we all enjoyed.We mainly used it for sleeping as had family nearby where we spent majority of time.The bedrooms were a good size and very comfortable.The kitchen is well equipped.The owners were very responsive and accommodating ! Check in and out process very smooth and easy.Would stay there again .Thank you!

Great Stay!

I recently spent two weeks at this vrbo and found the experience to be very positive! The townhouse was as expected: very clean, with amenities as listed, a lovely backyard, and nice neighborhood to walk around. Henri was very responsive when I had small issues and was at the house within 24 hours. I’d be happy to return if I was in the area again.

Nice property

Great location. Close to Rye, NY, Port Charles and downtown. You could be at any of these destinations in 15 minutes. Property was very clean which was appreciated due to COVID. Seating in living room was great 3 loveseats. Queen bed was a little uncomfortable for me due to my back issues. Would recommend for anyone wanting to go in the Greenwich area. Tip Greenwich beach is closed to visitors due to COVID.

Excellent place to stay in Greenwich

Excellent option for a stay in the Greenwich area. It is a townhouse so just be sure you are ok with stairs. Owner is very hospitable and quick with a response. Very clean.
