This wonderful and extremely private, 4 bedrooms/ 2 baths home with custom heated swimming pool and spa is situated just 15 minutes from the Atlantic Ocean in the Pompano Beach neighborhood near Coral Springs and Coconut Creek.

The property offers 2250 sq. ft. under air (central A/C) and 3800 totally fenced backyard with the entire rear portion of the home overlooking the custom heated swimming pool, SPA, and palms trees. Enjoy the many amenities including a fully equipped kitchen, laundry-room, three - car private driveway, Wi-Fi, and beach equipment provided.

The living room is quite spacious and offers a sectional sofa, a loveseat, a coffee table, and 65” LED smart television. There is also a small area, next to the double French door overlooking the backyard, furnished with a contemporary sofa, a mirror, and two bar-stools.

The master suite has a king size bed, the master bath was just renovated, it has a shower, single sink vanity and a closet. The other bedrooms have queen size beds and all have LED smart TVs, bring your stick. Gorgeous furnishings throughout the house including a high rectangular dining room table that seats eight comfortably.

All new updated lighting and porcelain tile throughout with marble appointments in the dining area and second bath.

The totally fenced backyard has a heated swimming pool, Jacuzzi for 6, built-in and gas grill BBQs, plenty of palms and the house is PET FRIENDLY!!!!

Extremely quiet neighborhood, close to everything! Your pets are very welcome here! Year round we are just minutes away from best beaches, all water-sports, casinos and major shopping.

Important Information: The swimming pool contains on average 30,000 gallons of water and heating the pool is NOT instantaneous. Electric heater will generally raise the water temperature around 8 - 10 degrees per day and there will be some cooling off overnight when the air temperature drops. Let us know in advance if you want the pool to be heated.

Amazing

This property was perfect for me & my sisters to spend time together. Lovely pool & spa, quiet neighbourhood, close to restaurants. This was my first experience with booking with VRBO & I had lots of questions. The host was quick to respond & very helpful. My only suggestion is for them to leave a more detailed instructions regarding using the spa & update instructions on fridge (ie fridge states take food out, set temp to 75. Email instructions state take food out and set to 75). Overall would absolutely recommend & stay again!

Amazing home

It was for 6 nights and everything was amazing from the home to the yard with an amazing pool this 4 bed 2 bath home was exactly what was needed for a nice vacation from the city life style of Philadelphia PA it was close to everything and short rides to beaches and mall and only an hour away from Miami We will be back again and hope this home will be available! It was supposed to have been 4 adults but 2 had to cancel but no matter it was perfect for our needs

Tropical Paradise

This is indeed a Tropical Paradise. The property is surrounded with palm trees and is carefully landscaped. The house had a good layout for a family or large group. It is nicely decorated and well maintained. The heated salt water pool (and spa) is a wonderful place to escape to for a relaxing holiday. The owner always responds quickly and is very pleasant. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit.

Beautiful Pool

This was a lovely getaway, where we all spent most of our time in the backyard by the pool! Very relaxing atmosphere, very clean and practical for guests during our Florida getaway. My one and only downvote is the spa/hot-tub. If you want a hot-tub when looking for a get away, the experience at the end of your day is of great anticipation. Typically the temp is at minimum 102 degrees for the experience to be fulfilling. This was not the case unfortunately. Every evening we had to contact the owners to turn on the heater due to the controls not consistently working, and then wait 45 minutes before reaching the max of 97 degrees. This is the only reason for a 4 star, rather than a full 5. Having said that, the owners were very helpful every evening with assisting us to get it working, so the communication was always there! It was just a bit frustrating to go through this every night.

Kitchen is well-stocked with cookware, utensils, and dishware. Fully meets the description of the property in reality and is an exceptional venue for vacationing. My very busy cousins live in the neighborhood and we finally got to spend some time catching up and dining at the property.

A mixed bag

This property is great. VERY clean, lovely looking, mostly private (sans 1 busy road nearby) and new updated appliances including heated toilets! BUT the heated pool spa was broken during our cloudy cool weather December stay. It took days of texting with property manager for them to understand the system was not working (and for them to stop giving us incorrect directions that kept turning off the heated pool as well and circulating cold water). The owner himself finally came to look on Christmas which was very nice, but also, Christmas. Of course, the problem was real, the spa system was broken and could not be resolved during our stay. I expected the owners to offer some portion of refund when it could not be fixed. Instead, I had to ask for it and they seemed insulted that I would and so far, did not give it. This removed a second star. When you advertise in the title for a heated pool and spa, and it doesn't work for our entire stay, some refund should have been automatic. I am not a fan of debating this or arguing over money especially in a situation like this when it should have been a given. Owners cannot always control something breaking during a short-term rental, but they can control how they acknowledge it to the renter whose vacation was booked based on the promise of having a heated pool and spa.

Beautiful landscaping

Beautiful house. Upgraded electrical products especially in the bathroom. Inside very clean and nice separate rooms. As we are new to Vrbo they were missing a few things. Like garbage bags but our fault for not contacting the owner.

Relaxing

Very nice property with a beautiful backyard. Very clean and organized. Beds were comfortable. Everything you needed as far as amenities. Pool and spa were exceptional. Very nice location. Close to a lot of stores, restaurants and casino. Closest beach was about 25-30 minutes away. Had a few issues with the heating of the pool and spa but the owners fix that promptly. Mostly what we were doing wrong. If I had anything to add as far as a constructive criticism it would be that there were better instructions on how to control the spa. Would definitely stay here again for sure. It was only my wife and I but would love to bring the rest of our family some day. Plenty of space.

Excellent rental

Very clean and amazing home. We enjoyed every minute of our time there. The property had everything we needed for our stay and the property manager was very responsive before and during our time in the home. Highly recommended staying here.

Last Minute Fun Vacation

Overall, we have a very enjoyable stay in Margate. Several very-minor quibbles, none of which impacted our enjoyment. We searched for a private place with hot tub and pool. We got what we wanted. Margate is further from the beach than we would have liked - half hour from Pompano Beach and Lauderdale by the Sea - but that did not stop us. We went to the beach every day, went back and soaked in the hot tub. Very nice itinerary! Also, there is a very nice park with tennis and pickleball courts about 5 minutes away. The kitchen was very nice with everything you'd need, including what appear to be updated appliances. Quibbles: I had to have the hot tub controls explained to me. Alex did a good job doing so over the phone, but it would be nice if it would have been posted in the house somewhere. Also, because we registered too late, we could not get the pool heated in time for arrival. Make sure to let them know in advance if you will be using the pool. Given that I registered for this place the day before arrival, the owners did a wonderful job of getting it ready for us. That was super-excellent. The place has what we wanted, so we had an excellent stay.

A Tropical Paradise Indeed!

We had a fabulous time at this VRBO house. We were very impressed with the level of care and thoughtfulness put into preparing this property. It is in very good condition, with all the high end amenities a family would need. We especially enjoyed the back yard with the heated pool and spa, lots of space in the sun, or in the shade - the awnings are a nice touch. The owner replied to my queries promptly, and helped to accommodate our unexpected change of plans when we first booked. The maintenance manager was very helpful and answered my few queries promptly, and solved any issues , which were minor, quickly. Our family had a wonderful time!

potential for 5 star but not there yet

Pool and spa were great once I figured out how the heater worked. Took a full day to figure out because instructions were missing pages and wrong (i did talk to the manager and they said :"just push the spa button" that was not the answer. Beds were the real issue, cheapest mattress available and the comforters were junk. For the price they should have better instructions for the pool and the beds should be better. I'm only 38 and my shoulders and neck were all screwed up from that bed. Side note I didn't bring a pet but there was black dog hair all over.

Tropical Paradise

This property is amazing!! The whole house is beautiful and you’ll have everything you need to make a Fantastic dinner with dessert too! The pool and spa was absolutely relaxing especially at night under the stars and tranquil neighborhood. Will definitely try to book this property again when coming to Beautiful Florida. Did I mention there’s a Starbucks right down the street 😀

Another great week in Margate!

This was our second time staying! We didn’t need to look around for another house because we remembered the amazing time we had when we first stayed in April 2022. Communication with the host was good and we had no issues during our stay. Everything was perfect.

My recent stay at this VRBO property was nothing short of a dream come true. Nestled in a serene location, this stunning rental boasted an extraordinary resort-style pool that left me in awe. From the moment I arrived, I knew I was in for an unforgettable experience. Upon entering the property, I was immediately struck by its pristine cleanliness. The hosts clearly take great pride in maintaining their space, and it showed in every detail. The interiors were immaculate, and the decor was tasteful and modern. The entire property exuded a sense of freshness and comfort. However, it was the pool area that stole the show. The resort-style pool was nothing short of spectacular. Surrounded by lush greenery and comfortable loungers, it truly felt like a private oasis. The pool was not only aesthetically pleasing but also exceptionally well-maintained. Crystal clear waters beckoned for a refreshing swim, and the poolside was immaculately clean. It was clear that the hosts went the extra mile to ensure that guests could enjoy this aquatic paradise to the fullest. One of the highlights of my stay was the tranquil ambiance. The property was tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the city, providing the perfect escape for relaxation and rejuvenation. I spent hours lounging by the pool, sipping on cocktails, and soaking up the sun. The serenity of the surroundings made it easy to forget about the stresses of daily life. 10/10 Would Definitely stay again!

Beautiful home!

My family and I had a great time here during Spring Break. The neighborhood was very quiet. The house was beautiful and decorated very nicely. Best part was the backyard, it felt like a resort!

Family Vacation

We loved this property! The backyard and pool and spa were wonderful. We had an awesome week in a beautiful house with everything we needed. The owner responded quickly when we had any questions. Our six adults and one dog had plenty of room. Would recommend this house for a week of relaxation.
