A Magical Location For Your Perfect Vacation!

Our must see 3 bedroom 2 bath luxury condo is the perfect Orlando area resort home in the beautiful, colonial-styled and child-friendly Bahama Bay resort. On the second floor (of three) in building 9, the condo comes fully furnished with a premium furniture package and has 2 screen enclosed balconies with furniture. It is PLATINUM rated by Vacasa with new vinyl plank flooring in the living areas and new flatscreen smart TVs in the living room & bedrooms. Also recently replaced are the Samsung kitchen appliances, living room and dining furniture, ceiling fans, mattresses, bedding and drapes and the condo was recently repainted throughout.

Bahama Bay is a 24-hour guard gated community located in Four Corners, set in 70 acres of lush, beautifully-maintained grounds. With a list of amenities a mile long, you’ll never want to leave! On site, there is a fitness center, spa and salon, 4 heated swimming pools and 6 hot tubs, children’s splash park and playground, restaurants and bars, volleyball and tennis courts, beach and fishing pier on Lake Davenport and nature trails all within the Bahama Bay community. And if that’s not enough to keep you busy, you’re only 10 - 15 minutes away from Disney!

There is a large clubhouse (a 90 second walk between buildings 15 & 16!) with full service spa and salon, sauna, bar and grill, restaurant, fitness room, computer room / internet cafe, DVD rental and games room. There is free Wi-fi access in our condo and at the clubhouse and pool areas.

Our condo is also a short walk to the nature reserve which is a haven for wildlife and where you can enjoy the lovely walking trails.

For two days and a night we had no heat in fridgid cold temps. Finally got heat on. Owner, via text from UK, says after the fact he was aware of an issue with furnace, but we weren’t told or corrective messages taken before our arrival.

This guest attempted to set the temperature to 77F during a cold snap but unfortunately there was an issue and the heating only reached 64F. I apologised profusely to him. The guest reported the issue to our on site management company on his third evening and it was fixed the next morning (I was advised of this by the maintenance director). I am in the UK and, while guests are always welcome to contact me, I pay the management company to maintain the condo and support guests and the company are contactable 24/7 - at the booking stage I tell guests about this and ask them to contact the company immediately in the event of any issues. During subsequent conversations with this guest, I said we had previously had an issue but that it had been fixed. Unfortunately there was a recurrence, for which I apologised. I'm not sure what he means by 'corrective messages' before his arrival.

Great Vacation

My friends and I stayed here for a veterinary conference and it was relatively close to the location we wanted. The restaurant in the resort was lovely. Lots of pools to choose from. Very nice stay.

We had a dance competition at Epcot it was super easy to get to with less traffic. Property was very clean & well maintained. The pools weren’t the cleanest 1 turned my daughter’s hair green. I made front desk aware of it so hopefully they looked into it. Very nice quiet place to stay would definitely stay again.

Wonderful place to stay! The condo was clean and very inviting. The area was safe and beautiful. The resort had 4 pools that were easily accessible and everyone was so friendly. The owner was pleasant to work with and was very hospitable. Would definitley stay again and recommend to others!
