About this property

Delightful, newly built 4-bedroom house in Indian Beach.

Forget your worries in this spacious home. A two-minute walk or golf cart ride to the beach and sound is what makes this property so special.

Our home is located on the center of the island. Come, stay awhile in Salter Path. You will love the area and never want to leave this "Happy Place."

An Open Floor Plan on the top level and two patio/deck areas are among our favorites at this property. There are plenty of spaces to have community/conversations with those you love best, whether inside or outside.

There is a fire pit on the top deck for cooler months, grills for all the outdoor cooking, and plenty of space to have your coffee in solitude.

Each bedroom has its own smart tv to stream your preferred shows, as well as for "gaming."

An Outside Lift is available to transport bags and groceries to each level of the house. While it’s not for humans, it’s an amazing addition to the house to make carrying items multiple levels much easier.

Restaurants, Grocery Stores, Seafood Markets, and Shopping are within 15 minutes on either side of the island, some accessible by golf cart in Salter Path.

Beach Chairs and Umbrellas are available. Also feel free to use the Beach Cart that is located under the house. Beach Towels are also provided.

Be sure to visit Anchor Pizza, Crab-Shack, Scoops Ice Cream, Big Oak, and the famous food truck, Captain's Kitchen, during your stay, all local to the area; all within walking distance or a short golf cart ride.

Great private home on quiet community

The home is immaculate. They have every Creator comfort you could imagine. The golf cart was an absolute blessing. The home was comfy, quiet, but close enough to multiple venues to access for a family. Trully, a magnificent place to stay and close to the beach.

Easy check-in, no issues. Access code provided and simple to use. Kitchen is nice and big so it's great for large family/group. We got seafood from the local market and cooked fabulous dinners. The gas grill is just outside the kitchen door so really made things a breeze.

Can’t say enough about how wonderful our stay was. The home was the perfect setting for our family to reconnect - beautifully decorated, clean and fresh with little details that add so much. The “Tiny Home” community next door is quaint and charming. Nikki is wonderful to work with, personable and friendly and was attentive to answer any questions. We didn’t want to leave and we hope to come back again! Thank you Nikki and family for sharing your home with us!!

Absolutely Incredible!

This place is absolutely perfect and Ms. Nikki is such an incredible and thoughtful host! She was so attentive and quick to respond to all communication and the house was so well done to make us feel right at home.It was the perfect place to stay for our family beach trip. There was so much room, it was so clean and inviting, and praise the Lord the beds were very comfortable! The house was close to the beach and the golf cart that was provided was perfect for helping to get the younger ones in our group to the beach. What a blessing this delightful house was! Could not recommend this place enough!

Have you ever walked in somewhere you have never been and immediately felt at peace? That’s how we felt here! This house is gorgeous, super clean and the layout is perfect. Nikki is a great communicator and a fantastic host. The lift made it much easier to unload bags etc… the house is more than well stocked and there are thoughtful amenities throughout the home for you incase you need them. Lots of fun games for the kids during the downtimes. We have rented many beach houses throughout the years and this one is definitely our new favorite! Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Beautiful Home

The house exceeded all of our expectations! Clean, well equipped, comfortable. A perfect layout for a large group. Plenty of room for everyone! Wrap around decks on both floors offer a great place to relax and visit. Elevator for coolers and luggage was an added bonus for us older folks. Our family stayed in this home for a wedding at the aquarium and enjoyed every minute we were in this home. Communication with the owner Nikki was fantastic and we hope to be able to return again with our Kids and their spouses for an extended stay next time.

Wonderful Family Getaway at The Happy Place – Indian BeachOur family recently stayed at The Happy Place in Indian Beach, and we couldn’t have been more pleased. From the moment we walked in, the house was immaculate and welcoming. The open layout of the den, kitchen, and dining area gave us plenty of space to relax and enjoy each other’s company.The two covered porches were a real highlight—perfect for morning coffee or evening chats. The home was thoughtfully organized and furnished with comfortable, tasteful pieces that made it feel like a true retreat.The provided golf cart was a great bonus! It made getting to the public beach access and nearby restaurants quick and easy.With plenty of room for our family of eight, this home had everything we needed for a relaxing and memorable stay. We would absolutely recommend The Happy Place and look forward to staying here again.
