Disfrute de sus vacaciones en este lujoso 3 baños, 2 dormitorios con loft y 3 tamaños Queen (para 6) Hermoso bungalow que se completó en 2016 con una piscina enterrada en la segunda fila de la playa. Ubicado en el centro de Atlantic Beach en el círculo al lado del paseo marítimo.
Comunidad de bungalows tranquila.
Con 2 dormitorios con camas Queen Size y un loft con una cama Queen Size y 3 baños completos. La cocina tiene encimeras de granito, cocina completamente equipada que incluye utensilios de cocina, platos, ollas y sartenes, cafetera y especias. Idealmente ubicado cerca de Fort Macon, convenientemente ubicado cerca de las tiendas locales, y a pasos de la playa, bares y restaurantes locales que sirven cocina costera. Very pretty cottage and a great location!

We enjoyed our stay. We especially liked the kitchen and the fact there was a bathroom for each bedroom including the loft.

Wedding weekend

This was perfect for a short weekend stay to celebrate a wedding. It was right near everything, including the beach! Very nice neighborhood and easy to get to. This was perfect to come back to after a long day of wedding events or just being out on the town. Definitely will be staying again!!

Cute bungalow

Stayed for a long weekend while visiting family who lives in the area. The bungalow was quaint, tastefully decorated with comfortable beds and plenty of space for the 3 adults and 2 children. Steve and management replied promptly with any questions we had. Great location and close to beach.

Fantastic Property and Host

We had a great stay at this bungalow with two adults and two teens. Location was great to the beach and a couple of restaurants. It was a 15-20 minute drive into both Beaufort and Swansboro. We enjoyed the pool and coffee on the porch. This property may have been the most well stocked VRBO property we’ve stayed at. The host was very accommodating and easy to communicate with. We loved this property and our getaway.

Great vacation

The property is well maintained and stocked. Clean. Nice location. Pool was a little small but was nice. The showers are a little tight so if you are a large person that might be a challenge but it was fine for our family. Will definitely go back to Atlantic beach!

Clean, cute and GREAT location

This is a very cute and very clean place that has everything needed to help make your stay nice and relaxing. Close enough to beach, shopping and food so you never have to venture far out for anything. My daughter and I had a wonderful time and I highly recommend this little corner of sunshine! As someone that travels as much and often as possible, I was extremely impressed with how clean this place was and wanted to praise the cleaning crew! The entire property inside and out was very well maintained!

Convenient, Comfortable, and Responsive

The house was super comfortable and well-appointed. By far the best thing about this place was it's location and amenities. We made ample use of the pool and the grill. The place is also steps from the public beach and several restaurants, and an easy drive into Morehead City. Beyond the house, Steve and team were super responsive. We had a couple small needs in our first couple days, and Steve jumped on my requests quickly and got our needs met.

Perfect location

The bungalow was absolutely perfect. The location can't be beat. You are in a small, quiet, and friendly "neighborhood" of 8 bungalows that share the pool. We never shared our pool time with more than a few friendly folks and often were the only ones in the pool. You are steps from the ocean and bars/restaurants. The bungalow had everything you might need and was even more spacious than expected. Steve was so fast and friendly with information. We can't wait to come back!

This is ideal for 3 couples! Beautiful decor, clean and ready to relax. (remember upstairs bedroom/bathroom is a loft!) 2 minute walk to the beach access. Kitchen has plenty of cookware, dishware, utensils, and spices for cooking! A Keurig coffee maker and coffee pods available! I especially liked that each bedroom has a queen bed and bathroom. Did not have to take turns taking a shower! The pool was closed for the winter, as we were aware of this. That's why no real rating for the pool area. Our Host Steve was great to talk with when there was an issue with the security panel and getting maintenance right on the issue. Check in process was a BREEZE! No problems locking/unlocking the door! Even for December, Local restaurants were open. We frequented Tackle Box Tavern (drinks only) in the evenings, 4 Corners Restaurant for Breakfast and Southern Salt in Morehead City for Dinner! I give them 5 Star Rating!! We did go to Ft. Macon on our Free Day from other planned activities! If you like History, check it out.We had A wonderful stay! Would recommend to anyone! Would be most fun during the Spring and Summer!Thank you Steve for such a beautiful House!!

It was a great week.

The only negative is the house wasn’t ready when we arrived at 3:30 and the cleaning staff were seating on the sofa talking on the phone.

I had a discussion with the cleaning crew, and they were waiting on towels to dry in the dryer from the previous tenants, who checked out later than they were supposed to. This is why they were on the couch when you got there. This has never happened before so I brought this to their attention that they should have left by 3 PM and not been there at 3:30 in the first place. Thank you for bringing this to my attention! Couple small minor concerns

The property was nicely decorated and short distance to beach and other sights. Loved the layout, and kitchen had all amenities with exception of a toaster. Television is all rooms but had difficult with living room remote. Could not turn volume up to hear and tv unit did not have knobs to adjust volume. Really enjoyed property and would like to return again. Location was great.

Host was great!

The property was cute, clean, comfortable and well maintained! The kitchen has minimal counter space and almost no pantry space (not a criticism, just plan accordingly). It also had a beautiful spice rack selection and ice packs in the freezer! We did experience an air conditioning issue, to which the host responded quickly and additionally placed three window units, just in case the issue recurred. That was over the top and much appreciated. The area is quiet and very convenient to the beach and nearby restaurants. The house was stocked with full sized shampoos, conditioners, body wash, extra paper towels, trash bags, etc. there were a lot of towels. That made the trip easier as well. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay!!! I would choose it again.

Perfect Beach Get-a-Way

I cannot say enough great things about this beach bungalow or the owner. First, Steve is the best! So easy to work with reaches out during the process of booking and as you approach your trip. Then if you need him at any point in the trip, hit him up on VRBO message or he will give you his number and responds instantaneously. We even ask Steve for a great local fish restaurant and he had an answer for that and it was spot on! The house is wonderful. 3 Queen bedroom master suites, with a family room and kitchen. A nice little porch to sit an relax in the morning, afternoon and evening. The kitchen is full stocked with more than enough to make full meals. There is even a dishwasher and washing machine and dryer. Steve, even keeps the cupboard under the sink stocked with tide pods and dish-pods. There are many bath towels, hand towels and washcloths, so you never have to worry. The little 8 bungalow community has a nice, small pool to relax in, if you are not into going to the beach or after the beach. The beach is a very short walk, maybe 2 minutes from the house. There is a fresh made donut shop, ice cream place, restaurant and some bars all within walking distance. It is just a perfect setup and we would absolutely stay here again, when our travels take us back to Atlantic Beach.

House was amazing! Fully equipped with everything you need and just a short walk to the beach! Would definitely recommend to anyone and would stay again for sure!!

Beautiful and convenient beach escape

The bungalow is clean and is only two blocks from the beach. We appreciate that the kitchen is very well stocked with all needed pots and pans as well as lots of spices/coffee. The pool is very private. We really needed this beach week break and the bungalow’s cleanliness helped make our week a very special stay. We highly recommend this bungalow and will definitely come back in the future.

I was born in Manhattan, New York, and was adopted by Bruce and Nancy Gillooly when I was four. Later, in the 5th grade, my family relocated to Cary, North Carolina. During my high school years, I served as the class president at Cary High School in 1987.

My pursuit of education led me to Louisburg College and NC State University, where I focused on studying Business Administration. Over three decades, I have gained over 39 years of valuable experience as an entrepreneur and business leader, overseeing a diverse portfolio of companies.

My entrepreneurial journey began with the development and marketing of a fire-retardant product called Flame No More. Remarkably, even as a high school student, I successfully secured an investor to finance the product testing for the prestigious Underwriter's Laboratory (UL) Seal of Approval. Subsequently, I ventured into the nightlife industry, establishing one of Raleigh, NC's largest college nightclubs.

Concurrently, I founded Capital Style Luxury Transportation, Inc. in Cary, NC, which, under my leadership, earned recognition as North Carolina's largest ground transportation company for three consecutive years by the National Limousine Association Magazine. Operating a fleet of 33 vehicles, Capital Style provided ground transportation for over a quarter of a million people annually. I also served as the President of the NC Limousine Association in 2004 and 2005.

In June 2005, I completed the sale of Capital Style Luxury Transportation. I am the proud owner and operator of my own real estate firm, Gillooly & Associates Realty, LLC. My real estate endeavors include a dedicated real estate development company, Milan Realty, LLC, which specializes in residential, commercial, and office developments throughout North Carolina.

My passion and expertise lie in entrepreneurship, making it an integral part of my life's journey.
