Berlin apartment review

The apartment was just as shown. It fit all our needs. We enjoyed walking and taking public transportation. The location was great. In a quiet neighborhood on the outskirts of Berlin near a lake. The owner let us drop off our luggage early before the unit was ready.

Almost everything was good , the pick up from the tram we didn’t expect . Thank you. But what needs to be improved is the communication . Sometimes we had to wait for half a day or longer to get a response . Initial contact was also very hard . We worried already our booking is not accepted or a scam . But afterwards we felt like home . Wifi is ok for emailing but slow for more than that .

S-Bahn-Nähe und doch im GrünenDie FeWo liegt ideal zwischen Natur und Stadt. Mit den Fahrrädern ist man in nur 5 Minuten an der S-Bahn-Station in Rahnsdorf. Oder kurz zu Fuß und eine Station mit dem Bus zum S-Bahnhof. Demnach lassen sich gut Ausflüge in die Hauptstadt unternehmen, was wir viel machten.Im Garten kann man gut entspannen oder am Sandstrand am kleinen (!) Müggelsee. Letzteren erreicht man per Fähre, die stündlich am Ende der Straße ablegt oder per Rad. Die Küche der FeWo ist gut ausgestattet und ich habe nur eine Schere vermisst.Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr freundlich; nach einer Woche gab es unaufgefordert frische Handtücher und auf eine Nachfrage wurde sofort reagiert.Die Wohnung hat genügend Platz für 2 Personenein. Ein paar kleine Stellen würden sich über eine Reparatur freuen wie z.B. eine schleifende Tür, aber das hat der Erholung nicht geschadet.Wir haben uns nämlich gut erholt, wenn wir auch die Matratzen (wie viele andere Vormieter zuvor bereits festgestellt hatten) sehr hart empfanden.Danke für den schönen Berlin-Urlaub.

Von der Schlüsselübergabe bis zur Abreise war alles top. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind in 5 Minuten fußläufig zu erreichen, die Innenstadt Berlins erreicht man mit 1x umsteigen. Die Wohnung ist ruhig gelegen und für einen Urlaub mit dem Rad sehr zu empfehlen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe, zu empfehlen ist das Restaurant See Dang.

Sehr schöne Wohnung.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in dieser Ferienwohnung sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist groß und vollständig ausgestattet (2 alternative Kaffeemaschinen, 55-Zoll- Samsung-TV und und und). Es ist sehr ruhig und die Nutzung der Gartenterrasse macht Freunde. Der Pkw- Parkplatz liegt unmittelbar vor dem Haus. Wir haben für alle Aktivitäten unseren Pkw benutzt. Öffentl. NV ist möglich. Vorab aber informieren. Alles war in bestem Zustand und sauber. Gerne wieder.

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet, sauber und hat eine großzügige Aufteilung incl. Vorratsspeicher sowie einen Garten. Die Lage ist top! 20 m bis zu einem Anlieger am Müggelsee und fußläufig durch einen kleinen Wald zu einem großen Strand. Gute Anbindung mit der Bahn Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen!

Ferienwohnung

Super Lage zum Entspannen. Gute Anbindung an Schiffverkehr. Einfach mit Fähre (100 m zu Anlegestelle) zum Badestrand am kleinen Müggelsee. Die Ferienwohnung bietet alles was man braucht und noch mehr. Danke!!!
