Pool Heat

Pool is heated during the summer months at no charge. Heating is offered from September 15th to May 1st for a daily fee of $150 (our cost is $200/day). Please provide at least 48 hours' notice in advance if you would like the pool to be heated before your stay. It is important to consider that heating the pool during off-season cooler temperatures may impact the maximum warmth the pool can reach.



- Fire Season

Sonoma County does experience a fire season that may affect your stay. In line with the policy followed by hotels and other vacation rentals in our area, we will offer a full refund if our property in Healdsburg is under mandatory evacuation. However, if our house is not under mandatory evacuation, refunds will not be provided.



** Due to this we recommend adding insurance to your stay so that you can receive a refund from the travel insurance provider if you need to cancel.**



Guest Access:

The entire property is yours to enjoy.



The Neighborhood:

5 minutes to Downtown Healdsburg and the square. Walk to town is 1 mile. Central to everything Sonoma Wine Country has to offer.



Getting Around:

Walk to Madrona Manor, nearby vineyards and downtown. A car will be necessary for other destinations. This location is splendid for touring on bicycle. .
