La capacidad máxima es de 4 adultos. Este es un apartamento en el nivel inferior de una nueva casa construida a medida que apareció en el Seattle Times, Pacific Northwest Magazine - Edición de arquitectura el 18 de septiembre de 2016. El apartamento tiene aproximadamente 900 pies cuadrados (274 metros cuadrados). Todos los pisos son de concreto con calefacción en el piso para que sus pies sean agradables y cálidos. Se ha agregado aislamiento adicional al techo y a las paredes para que este espacio sea especialmente silencioso tanto para el huésped como para el anfitrión.

This was a delightful property with a stunning view of the city from this West Seattle bluff. Everything went smoothly at check-in, I appreciated that the owner supplied detailed instructions regarding entering and using the home. The owner was very quick to respond to the only question I had. Overall a great place and I will stay again.

Great place, easy, great host. 10/10 I had to do some work on my trip and was able to do that. I was able to get good cell service at the main table. There are blackout shades for sleeping which is always appreciated.

The place was great! The view of the city was truly spectacular. Very clean and well maintained property. Extremely comfortable for our group of four adults. The fairly close proximity to the water taxi and relatively close (short drive) to the ferry was very convenient.

We couldn't have asked for a more prime location for our first trip to Seattle. Even as a quick two-day weekend. The check in process with easy to follow with instructions. The view was absolutely stunning! We enjoyed the cheaper transportation methods as well - free shuttle bus in West Seattle, Water Taxi (Ferry), uber, and city light rail line. Metropolitan Market (grocery store) was walkable, Mio Posto Pizzeria was delicious and definitely recommend Ampersand Cafe in Alki for coffee/breakfast.The neighborhood in West Seattle was unique to walk. All friendly people and their dogs. Interesting landscaping.

Comfortable stay with stunning view!

We truly loved staying here, and we hope to return. Both beds were very comfortable, and the view was out of this world! It was also fun to watch the birds right outside the window. Highly recommend this property. Roger was very responsive and kind as well!

This property is located in a beautiful lush neighborhood. The place is very clean. The views are perfect at any time of day. The bathroom is spacious. Kitchen is well stocked.* I have no complaints other than wish the pillows were better!

Amazing views of Seattle

This property was exactly as listed except the views were even better than expected! The property owner was quick to respond to all of my questions and made sure everything was ready for our trip. We had a busy trip planned but would have been happy just sitting and enjoying the view both day and night. Highly recommend.

Fantastic spot

The view is amazing, especially at night. The amenities were perfect - sheets, towels and blankets, an easy-to-use TV, basic kitchen staples, very cool artwork, comfortable couches ... I could go on and on. The cement floor with radiant heat was especially nice since we were there during a January cold snap. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

VIEW! LOCATION!

The view. Stunning. Brought a friend from Texas and wanted her to see how beautiful the Seattle skyline really is. This was the perfect spot! The location was ideal for getting to the downtown area and Lumen Field for the Seahawks game. No more than a 15 minute drive. Property was clean and exactly as described in the listing. The owner was quick to respond to my communications. Highly recommend this rental property.

My second time staying here and I absolutely love the view. The apartment and location are wonderful and convenient to the ferry and several restaurants and cafes. It’s a great home base for a Seattle visit.

A Special Place!

When we saw the photos of the Seattle skyline, we wondered if it was too good to be true. We were pleasantly surprised to find that the photos were in fact accurate! That view is crazy

First, just like the title say, the view is crazy folks. They aren't lieing when they say to have your camera ready, my wife and I took so many pictures of the Seattle cityscape that we hadly took any that included the two of us. The rooms are spacious enough to have a group of 4 but still perfect for 2. The proximity to the ferry made it a no brainer for us since it drops you of right at pier 50 downtown.

The apartment has stunning views from every room. It is well insulated for sound/heat/cold. Windows are floor to ceiling with German tilt/turn operation.

Location, location, location. Nearest bus stop is 4 blocks from the apartment (an easy 3 minute walk). From this bus stop you can reach Seatac International Airport, West Seattle Junction, Water Taxi and downtown Seattle. As well, you can board a free shuttle bus that will take you directly to the pier for boarding the water taxi that will take you directly downtown (water taxi fare is $5.75 for adults).
