The full house and property including the two-car garage are provided for your enjoyment and comfort!
Up to two pets are allowed if approved by host -- please let us know when booking what breed(s) you have. Pet fee is $20/night per pet; discounts apply for longer stays. Please pick up messes left outside before your departure, doggy bags are available. Thank you.

NO smoking of any kind indoors please - penalty of $150 if ozone machine is required for next guest. All smoking must be done outdoors.

If at any point you loose the keys to the house or lock them inside please contact Cheryl immediately. We will do everything possible to assist with gaining access, in the event a locksmith has to be called and a $150 fee will be required.
