Spacious House + boat house on clear, sandy-bottom lake. Arcade + Billiards room

Spacious home sits directly on crystal clear water, sandy-bottom Pretty Lake. The shallow swimming area is perfect for children and floating. The “boat house” is the central location for fun w/ drink fridge, ring toss game, seating area and full bathroom so you never have to leave the water’s edge. Located here are the 3 kayaks and paddle board you can take out onto the water at your leisure.

Enjoy a lakeside fire in the fire pit or take in the view from the rocking chairs on the 2nd story deck under the shade of a giant sycamore tree. The open lot across the street offers ample green space for family games like kickball, spike ball or corn hole.

Inside the home has room for everyone including 1 king bed, 10 queen beds, 2 twin beds and a trundle. Enjoy the arcade or billiards room or many board games provided for indoor fun. Boat not included in reservation. 10 mph rule on lake. Quiet community not conducive for rowdy groups. Come ready for memory making!

Everything was absolutely perfect for a long weekend with family. The house had plenty of space for everyone to spread out and the lake was great! The host was very attentive and checked in several times.

The deck allowed for a safe place for the small children to be out, but contained and then taken down to enjoy the water in controlled way.

We loved our time at this property. We thought it was a great set up with a great layout and amenities. The house was stocked with the speakers, the water toys, and plenty of fridge and freezer space for a large group. Our group definitely used both fridge/freezer that was in the kitchen and the fridge that was in the garage. We cooked all of our meals there and everything was easy to find in the kitchen and the pantry was huge and held all of our food. It had a Beautiful view. It was Very clean, comfy beds and had nice neighbors. We had a few runners in our group who ran around the lake multiple times (training for a marathon) and one time a few loose dogs came too close for comfort. We LOVED the open grassy area in front of the house for the kids to play soccer, football and a few kids even rode their bikes out front. Our kids (ages 2-11) loved the basketball hoop and “kids house” under the stairs in the basement. Our kids were all able to touch as it was very shallow and perfect for the littles. The kids also loved the Lilly pad for the lake that was down in the boathouse. We tried fishing but had no luck. The only downside was the stairs going down to the boat house and having to carry things down them (firewood, drinks, etc) but it wasn’t a deal breaker for us and it was very clear from photos what we signed up for. We used the kayaks and paddle boards daily. Overall, great stay and our large group made plenty of memories at this gorgeous property.

Book Club Anniversary

Perfect getaway for my book club anniversary weekend. Everything was pretty much as stated. Only thing was one of the bedrooms wasn't really a bedroom. There were plenty of beds so we made due. We would consider staying again. in warmer months.

Fun and family friendly

We had a great time at this property. The home was as described with all of the amenities necessary to cook full meals. The space was clean and well taken care of. It was plenty of room for 2 families of 4 to have their own soace and bathrooms. The games and the kayaks were a big hit for all. There are a lot of stairs to get to the boat house, but once youre down there, it is plenty to do and lota of fun. We had a memorable time away and all would visit this property again.

Great house for multiple families and a wide variety of ages. House was very well stocked, clean, spacious and mostly comfortable. We had a great time and loved the sandy lake and the boat house! Having the lily pad, water toys, paddle board & kayaks was a definite bonus. Be prepared for lots of stairs but the boat house was comfortable so we learned to bring everything down in the morning. Host was very responsive and easy to work with. We would definitely return.
