We absolutely enjoyed our Thanksgiving gathering at the condo. We were very comfortable, and enjoyed marvelous weather for our stay! The views are stunning, and watching the dolphins every morning was a real treat.

Great location

Love the location of the condo. Steps from the beach..beautiful sunsets and dolphin watching right from your balcony. John’s Pass is nearby with shops and restaurants. Property management was quick to respond to our needs..Will plan to rent again in the future.

The location of the condo could not be better. The balcony overlooks the ocean. It was so nice to relax and enjoy watching the beautiful beach and passing dolphins. The condo was very roomy. I had a couple of suggestions for minor improvements and the comments were well received. It was also nice having a restaurant across the street which serves breakfast, lunch and dinner for those times when we didn't want to go too far. If you are looking for a quiet getaway which is on the beach, this is the place for you.

Our stay was wonderful! Very clean! Beds were very comfortable especially the master! The big balcony was great to spend time on watching dolphins and even a manatee. Beach was amazing and not crowded. Loved our stay and hope to come back!

We had a lot of issues with this condo. We were down to one shower because there was no water pressure and you could not adjust the water temperature among other issues. Tile floors were dirty even after they came back to remop. Would never stay there again and don’t know if I’ll ever use Vrbo again to book a vacation!

Very nice condo and area!

Loved the condo, it was very clean and location was amazing. The beach wasn’t very crowded at all. We will definitely be going back.

Nice condo

Nice condo. Could use a few improvements. Most importantly the washer needs immediate attention . There is significant mold in the washer. Needs multiple runs of straight vinegar to kill the mold. The guest bathroom smells like a sewer. There appears to be backflow when people in the other condo flushes the toilet. The toilet bubbles up when other toilets from the adjacent condo flushes. Otherwise the condo was nice and spacious and comfortable. Could use a few more trash bags. Appreciate the beach supplies.

Fun and relaxing!

The pool is open and everything we needed was in the condo. Close restaurants for breakfast, lunch and dinner!Beautiful view right on Madeira beach.

Amazing beach location!

If you want to have a 60 second walk to the beach everyday this is the place to stay! Location is amazing for beach goers. Sunsets were awesome off the back porch. Six beach chairs and toys were a plus! Everything was as described. There really is only 1 restaurant in walking distance so if you are looking to go out on the town, this isn't the place for you. It is more of a residential area, not as touristy as Clearwater. Communication from the owners was a 10/10!!!!

Spring break Adventure

Still had some damages from the hurricane. Pool was not working yet still. Had no real communication on other pool that we could use. Beach was ok, but not easy to do with littler ones. (2 year old). Wish we could have had the address to the office pool that we could have used. Floor was filthy, kids feet and sock were black as soon as we walked in. And there was food crumbs in one of the cabinets still. All in all it was ok, had enough room for everyone. We did enjoy the time we had there.

My stay at !4710 Las Brasis Madeira Beach Fl

Over all the place was very nice my one complaint is there should have been instructions on how to run the tv.was not able to get a picture until 2days in to our trip .also should of had something to tell us about the restaurant in the area. Other then that the place was well stocked and very nice.

Our favorite location and a favorite building. Condo accommodations worked out well for our family to visit. Manager very responsive and attentive. We were impressed by the community resiliency in recovery. Some amenities not available (pool & patio, for example) but in light of the total devastation in some places, Las Brisas was in good shape. Hats off to the locals!

Great place to stay in Madeira beach

The condo was fabulous, just a few steps away from the beach. It was clean and fully stocked with everything we needed. It even had beach chairs for us to use. The view was spectacular and it was a very family oriented place. Would definitely stay there again.
