Excellent host and accommodations met expectations based on property listing. Perfect place for a friends trip and in close proximity to sports stadiums. Neighborhood appears to be on the upswing.

Weekend trip for Strait/Stapleton tour

My husband and I traveled to Pittsburgh from Kentucky to attend the George Strait tour. This was our first time in the city. We were extremely pleased with this home. It exceeded our expectations. The location was perfect for all we wanted to do. If we ever find ourselves in Pittsburgh again, we will book here. The only suggestion I may have is a full length mirror would be nice to have!

Few glitches but overall very nice stay

I used Patrick's house for our Pittsburgh visit. There were a few things that came up during our stay and Patrick was fantastic at addressing all the issues. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was due to those issues that were all resolved/addressed promptly but still took away from enjoying our stay hassle free.I would use Patrick's house again if I were to visit Pittsburgh again.

Short family getaway

The house is quite amazing. The pictures really don’t do it justice. Patrick was incredibly responsive and I appreciated the quick turnaround when there were some logistical questions we encountered. The only thing we really didn’t “love” was the neighborhood. A few streets over was great, but it feels like this street is struggling a little. We felt absolutely safe and comfortable in the house.

We had a great time staying at Patrick's property. Everything was exactly as pictured and described. Bed was comfortable, views were awesome, parking was secure. There was a small park just half a block away good for dogwalking and showing off the views that give the Fineview neighborhood its name. Most of all, we enjoyed the kitchen--fantastically equipped, all Bosch appliances, new cookware--and the bathroom, which provided spa-like luxury. Overall, the taste level of the design and decor made this home a pleasure at every step. P.S. Neighborhood is definitely urban with mixed levels of home preservation, but it's quiet and neighbors are friendly.
