Welcome to our modern and well-furnished living space, where luxury meets comfort. As you step into this contemporary apartment, you`ll be greeted by the timeless elegance of hardwood floors that stretch seamlessly throughout the entire space. Each bedroom comes with a walk-in closet. The master and secondary bedrooms offer luxurious king-sized beds with memory foam mattresses. Kick back and relax with flat-screen smart TVs set up with Netflix and Hulu.
An additional bedroom offers two twin-sized beds with memory foam mattresses and a workstation. We also provide a twin-sized rolling bed to accommodate additional guests. Ample closet space is provided in each room to make you feel right at home. Both bathrooms feature dual vanity sinks, oversized mirrors and brand-new shower tiles.
🍳 Kitchen and Dining:
Our fully equipped, sleek kitchen is a chef`s delight with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The space includes a dining table with seating for six and 4 countertop stools. We supply pots, dishware, flatware, knives and cooking utensils. You’ll also find a coffee maker, toaster, kettle and blender! However, we do not supply cooking ingredients such as oil, salt and pepper and spices. Conveniently located, a Publix supermarket is within a 3 min walk.
🛋️ Living Area:
Unwind in the stylish living area, featuring contemporary furnishings and a 55” flat-screen smart TV set up with Netflix and Hulu. Kick back on the comfortable sofa or lounge chair after a day of exploring Athens.
🚗 Parking:
We provide 3 complimentary parking passes for convenient off-street parking ensuring a hassle-free experience.
💡Things to note:
Your safety matters. There is a Ring camera with audio located on the exterior part of the apartment (it does not look into interior spaces).
We are part of a large, respectful community. There is no smoking or parties allowed in the apartment and quiet hours begin at 10pm.
