While we aim to give y'all a fully remote check-in and experience, Meredith and I live in Athens and are happy to come to the house in person if needed!


This bright new build (2022) is situated right off of MLK inside the loop. It is 1/4 mile away from one of the entrances to the all new Firefly Greenway Trail that runs along the river. Check out "The Plantation" restaurant located across the street for some delicious southern cooking. This location is all about convenience and ease of travel. Regardless of where you need to get to in the Classic City, you’re no more than 15 minuets away.

Free parking for up to 4 vehicles. The parking lot can be difficult to navigate (especially when backing out). If needed, feel free to parking on the pine straw located to the left of the driveway, in front of the main entrance to the front door.

2-story cottage featuring 4 BD I 3 BR layout. Open floor plan contains a spacious kitchen with all of your basic cooking needs, a living area with large sectional and Apple TV, and a dining table equipped for 8. Our back porch has an outdoor dining space as well a fire pit for fun hangouts on those cooler nights.

A quick turn onto the loop and one mile from downtown, you will be less than 15 minutes to ANYWHERE in Athens. If you're looking for convenient traveling look no further! Uber and Lyft are readily available if needed.
