4th of July shore trip

This was a beautiful house in a great location. The house was clean and week kept and decorated. It was nice to have use of the beach chairs and cart. The kitchen was stocked with all of the necessities. The location was perfect. An easy walk to the beach or the boardwalk. The only problem we had was that it was advertised to have two bedrooms with two twin beds each but it really had only one bedroom with two twimn beds. The other room had a queen bed.

A Great Stay

The house was beautiful, clean and fully stocked. It had ample room for our family of 6 plus a dog. A quick close 2 block walk to the beach or the boardwalk. Highly recommend!

Great beach house

This house had everything you can ask for. It was very clean and awesome for a little dog in the backyard. Would definitely return.

Clean and beautiful property!

Our first time staying in Wildwood. This property is absolutely pristine, and well stocked with every possible item you can think of (tons of beach chairs, beach cart, corn hole games, BBQ, every possible kitchen accessory, etc). The interior was beautifully decorated, beds were all clean and comfortable, and the location was just perfection! Walking distance to the beach and boardwalk. Will definitely stay here again.

Not the same as last year

Nice Location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our second year renting this home. We love the location and that it is pet friendly. Having the garage filled with bikes, chairs, beach cart etc. is great. Saves on packing all those things. I do think the place needs a refresh. The furniture is wearing and kitchen chairs are stained. The placemats need to be replaced (I washed the ones we used down but they were stained). The kitchen towels and oven mitts need to also be replaced. Some of these things are inexpensive fixes that would go a long way. Also the plastic chairs outside were cracked. We did not use the grill because my son said the igniter button was missing on the grill (I did not inspect it myself). Anyway, we would rent here again next year but given the rental cost I think some things need to be updated over the winter for next year.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed a lovely week in this property! Unexpected amenities such as a toddler booster seat and dog supplies were provided. The garage was equipped with everything needed for the beach, which was greatly appreciated. The location is ideally situated between the beach and Britton's Bakery! In addition, The Powers Group was available to answer any questions in a timely manner. I would recommend this property and look forward to another visit there!

Great House and Location

This property is very convenient to the beach, boardwalk and all the great restaurants Wildwood has to offer. This house also has beach chairs and bikes to use which is a great feature. We brought our mini golden doodle and the fenced in backyard was great for her. The grill worked great and we enjoyed dinners on the patio. The place was overall in good condition. We rented the last week of August, so I would say a few things needed to be fixed and it could use a deep clean. The microwave worked fine but the handle is broken and ultimately it needs to be replaced. The water dispenser on the refrigerator was very slow. My guess is the filter needs to be replaced. These are just minor issues. Overall, it was a great place to stay and we would stay there again.

Beautiful home but needs to be cleaned better

Walking into the home it was beautiful. Nicely decorated and had lots of the necessities. But if the owner is paying someone to clean the house between renters they are being ripped off. The floors were filthy. The stairs were covered in hair and dust. All the shower floors were covered with sand and they do not drain well. The top of the white table/desk in the trundle bedroom very dusty. The trash and recycle pails inside of the house were full upon our arrival. The backyard umbrella was not working properly, an adirondack chair was broken and the sliding door lock didn't lock. The hall bathroom tub is very slippery there by being dangerous when showering and giving the kids a bath. Can use anti slip strips. We originally had a check in time of 2pm but were told because it being a carry-over contract from last summer (covid) we could not check in until 4pm taking 2 hours away from our vacation time and adding 2 hours to "cleaning". We were expecting a clean house. One of the air mattress could not hold air so we went out and purchased one. Also note there was a nail/tack sticking out of the right arm (when sitting in it)of the big round chair and one of us got cut. We got tools from our car and banged it in . The listing should be more specific as to what the renters are allowed to use from the garage. Again the home is beautiful, great location, backyard a big plus but please change your cleaning service. Six hours should have been more than enough time to have this house clean.

The Powers staff are professional and very friendly.Secondly, 5407 is a lovely home, the owners thought of everything.You will not be disappointed. The location is superb. Just park your car and walk to the many attractions and restaurants close by. Hop on your bike and your off to a 3 mile trek down the boardwalk. Very refreshing first thing in the morning. We love our vacations at 5407 Seaview.

Oh, those Wildwood Days!
