The Apartment

At Lowkl we strive to provide all of our guests with a clean, well designed, and useful apartment in a great location at an affordable price. We tailor make all of our units with your needs in mind. The apartment has a coastal designed and feel to it. As you enter the sundrenched living room, you will find a comfortable Sofa bed that can be used to watch TV, read a good book, or sleep additional guests if needed. We have a comfortable reading chair, and a work desk incase you need to work remotely. We provide high speed Wi-Fi and a large 50" HD television to watch your favourite streaming channels. There is a table for 4 to comfortable enjoy a meal.
The room is large and with plenty of natural light coming through the window. We have a King size comfortable bed to enjoy a great night sleep and plenty of closet and dresser space to keep your room tidy and luggage out of sight. There is a 42" inch roku TV in the room to enjoy a movie before going to bed.
Our kitchen is older and small in size, but don't let that fool you :) we stock it well so it easy to cook all sorts of meals. The bathroom has some art deco vibes to it has some aged to it, but it is kept very clean for a comfortable and useful stay.

The Complex

Our units are located in a 45 unit apartment complex. You will get to enjoy fellow traveler's like yourself as well as enjoying the company of true locals. The complex itself features luscious and spacious garden areas with an amazing tropical feel to it. You will have access to our communal pool filled with lounge chairs to get some of Florida's infamous sun and dining tables to enjoy snacks or a meal poolside. There is a large parking lot with 1 assigned parking per unit, as well as additional guests parking. The complex also features a large laundry room that can be used all day long.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Exceeded expectations

The staff were exceptionally helpful. The facility was well stocked with everything we needed, very clean and comfortable. The location was just right for exploring the area, with lots of things to do.

We really enjoyed our morning walk across the street around the mansion. The walk to downtown Jensen was a tad long for us but doable. The pool looked fantastic and although we didn’t use it, it was very clean and inviting.George is an asset to your operation. He is always working and presents himself very well.

Short stay, boating getaway

Nice, comfortable, quiet apartment. Pretty basic accommodation, not fancy, but priced accordingly. Appropriate bedding, not too hot. I requested pillow cases for the extra bed pillows and a blow dryer, and someone brought them by very quickly. We enjoyed our stay.

When we open the door, we were pleasantly surprised to see a spacious clean apartment. The neighborhood is beautiful near the ocean had a pool. It was just the perfect spot for three day. Stop over.

This was not as the photos and reviews stated. Not in a good area of town. Did not feel safe staying here. Red flag when there is multiple deadbolts on the door. We walked in and walked right back out and got a hotel for the night. Very disappointed.

We had a great stay at this apartment. It was very clean, and the grounds were well kept, which made for a pleasant and relaxing environment. The location was also a big plus—just minutes from downtown Jensen and with easy access to the outer islands, a publix nearby and downtown Stuart so it felt centrally located for exploring the area.Check in was easy and the host communicated throughout our visit The unit was quiet and felt safe, with no unusual activity or guests that made us feel otherwise. The TVs were modern and worked well, and while we didn’t cook, the kitchen was equipped enough that we could have made a full meal if we wanted.The only downside was that the couch was a bit bowed and could use some replacing, but otherwise, the space was comfortable and well-maintained. We'd definitely consider staying here again.

Location is perfect!! Nice Pool :) STAY HERE :)

My dad, children and I stayed here for a few nights and it was enjoyable. The pool was a little cold because its not heated (that didn't stop my kids though) Family friendly here I recommend for a family. The king size bed and sofa bed were comfortable although they did have old sheets on from previous visitors on the sofa bed and some trash and crumbs underneath it, management came right away and addressed the issue. Kitchen was GREAT, had a big fridge, oven, stove top, plates, bowls etc. Jensen beach is only a few minutes away (you could uber if needed) not a walking distance. The town is lovely, you can walk this distance to some restraunts. I highly reccommend. I hope to come back in May!! Thanks for having us :)

The unit was beautiful but the cleanliness was sub par and was not ready for our arrival with us needing to ask the manager to send housekeeping multiple times to bring us clean linens and sponge. Also the fans are all controlled via remote for multiple units so the fan and light kept turning off and on during our stay. The management was very responsive when we asked questions but they did not know basic information about the property.

Our neighborhood is laid back and tropical. You will feel the sea breeze coming in from the intercoastal located a block away. Walk to restaurants, parks, and all things Jensen Beach has to offer. We are located one mile away from Jensen BLVD and downtown.
