The house was comfortable and clean. They had PLENTY of towels for the showers and hot tub, which is a huge perk. We appreciated the extra touches, such as coffee pods for the Nespresso machine and sugar packets. The kitchen was fully stocked with essentials, and they actually had good knives, which is rare in most VRBOs. Our kids LOVED the game room, and the pickleball garage was fun too. We would stay here again.

Nice large place to stay with family. We had 16 of us. Pool was nice but a little warm at this time of year.

Beautiful home with lots to do

We had great time. The kitchen and grills were perfect for making big family meals. The bedrooms worked great and were so comfortable. House was super clean. Loved the pool, hot tub, pickle ball court and game room. We never even left the property.

We loved staying at Espolon Ranch!

We loved the privacy, the pool, and the pickle ball court. We loved the layout of the house. Everyone in our party felt right at home. We loved cooking in the kitchen, so much space for lots of people.

Our group loved the pool, pickle ball court and hot tub. We loved that mostly everything was on the first level. We loved the privacy and amount of beds. The house had a homey feel but was spacious. We loved the game room. We will hopefully be back next year!!

Smooth experience but wary about cleanliness

My friends and I stayed here for 2 nights. The booking process was smooth and everything was advertised correctly. There were multiple sheets etc with stains that seemed cleaned but still unsettling. The biggest issue was the hot tub. Multiple people from my group that used the hot tub developed a skin rash/reaction. After doing extensive research and ruling out all other factors we decided the hot tub was the common factor. I hope staff can pay better attention to the cleaning/chlorination

Best Hocking Hills Stay Yet!

Our family travels with 3 generations, the youngest family member being 2 years old and the oldest being 65 years old. This house was perfect for everyone! The house was clean and tidy when we arrived. The pool was clean and ready to swim in! There was a big basket of clean, folded pool towels by the door, which was great for the kids. The house had a lot of different sleeping arrangement options, which we appreciated! We are already planning our next stay at this house! Loved everything!

The communication throughout our entire experience was wonderful! They even accommodated a late check out which our group really appreciated. The pickleball, hot tub, and fire pit were the favorite activities of our group and everybody had so much fun! There were plenty of beds, linens, and towels available. There was also an extra refrigerator in the pantry which was a wonderful amenity!! My only issue was the state of the kitchen. I had to give everything a proper wipe down when we arrived. There were bits of food and grime all over the front of the cabinets and the handles of the drawers. Everything was sticky. Also, the pots and pans were completely unusable. The nonstick coating was so scratched it was peeling up and we didn’t feel that they would be safe for our food to touch it. Thankfully all of the meals we planned could be cooked on the blackstone grill so we used that a lot! I don’t expect pots and pans at a rental to be brand new and I understand guests are using them week after week, but they were in such terrible shape they were truly unsafe to use. The cutting boards were also well beyond needing replaced. Other than those things, the kitchen was pretty much stocked with what we needed. The list of what was provided by the house was very helpful for packing.

Everything was greqt. We had plenty of room for our group of 13 to spread out. We loved the garage with the games and the pickle ball court. We also enjoyed the heated igloo!!

It was absolutely wonderful!

We stayed during a giant snow storm and it was beautiful. Kids sled down the giant hill. Loved the hot tub and game room. House and hot tub were was so clean. Appreciated all the amenities like soap, shampoo and conditioner in the showers. The fully stocked kitchen worked so well. Two giant fridges were really helpful for all the guests. The dining igloo was also really fun.

This cozy, action and excitement filled cabin was the perfect place to celebrate with friends.

What's not to like? First off, the rooms and the lodgings are wonderful. SO many beds and places to lay your head. You need this space and place for relaxation because there is just SO MUCH TO DO. We NEVER were brainstorming what to do next. Between pickleball, the hottub, ping pong, the games, and some board games and super smash bros we brought, our group of friends were constantly busy, consistently laughing, and filled with smiles and joy.
