Fantastic VRBO experience. We were very comfortable and close to downtown. Plenty of bedrooms if you have a larger group. The upstairs bathroom was also very high tech which you do not get in a lot of properties!!

I loved this property. I loved that it was in walking distance to town. The house was so charming. My kids loved the pool table/ ping pong table. Every room was great and each had great TVs in it. I will definitely stay here on my next trip back to Portsmouth

Great location and cozy house!

We enjoyed our stay at this property - it is a short walking distance to downtown, which is exactly what we were hoping for. The house is very charming and was well stocked with things like towels and kitchen utensils, so we were able to cook a nice meal. The backyard fire pit was also very nice to sit around. We had a great time!

Such A Great Place!

Our family of 7 had a wonderful time at Ben’s place. Clean, plenty of towels, the shed entertainment area and fire pit made wonderful evenings. Ben was receptive to any requests we had. Walking distance to everything Portsmouth has to offer. We will be back!

Weekend getaway

A group of us stayed at this house for a girls weekend. Perfect location we were able to walk to everything no Uber necessary. The back yard space is amazing ! Kitchen was fully stocked with essential goods (coffee filters, aluminum foil etc.) easy check in/ check out process

Great home for our Family

We had our 2 adult sons & 2 teenage grandkids with us, 6 total - the home & bedroom arrangements worked out great! Nice kitchen well stocked too. Did not have a chance to use the outside area, but it was Nice.It was nice being able to walk right into town- it was an easy 10 min walk with coffee shops close by - Ben our host was Great to work with.Would definitely recommend this home.
