House Rules

- Please take your shoes off at the door
- The town has a noise ordinance so please keep noise to a minimum after 10 pm.
- No smoking or vaping inside the home, if smoking outside please make sure no cigarette butts are left on the grounds.
- Parking is available in the driveway for 2 cars max. Please do not park on the street or lawn. If extra Parking is needed please contact us.
- Please use designated bins for trash and recycling. The yellow bag is for trash only and not recycling.
-Feel free to use the barbecue outside but please clean up after use and cover when not using.
- Occasionally consumables such as condiments or snacks are left behind by previous guests. The host does not take any responsibility for the consumables.
- Please do not rearrange the big furniture.
- We want everyone to have a good time, but please be mindful of drinks and food on the furniture.
- There are 2 thermostats: The one near the washer and dryer is for A/C only. The thermostat for the heat is located in the living room
Pets
We love our furry friends and are more than happy to have them join you, but please note the following:
- No pets on the furniture
- Do not leave your dogs out barking
- Please bring your dog’s bowls for food and water
- Please clean up after your dogs in the yard
