Sands Dunes Resort & Spa has the reputation for being one of the most fun and exciting resorts in Myrtle Beach.

Come and Relax in our spectacular renovated Ocean Front Condo in the exclusive Golden Mile area of Myrtle Beach. Wood grain porcelain tile throughout. New furniture and paint. Two new queen beds with pillow top mattress.
Enjoy the beautiful views from your private balcony. In the morning relax and watch the sunrise you may even catch a glimpse of dolphins playing in the surf.
The kitchenette has a Stainless steel full size refrigerator. There is also a beverage refrigerator and 2 eye Ceramic stove top and microwave.
A Kuerig for your morning coffee be sure and bring your K-cups, Crock Pot and Toaster
All utensils, cookware ,dishes, and glassware.
Paper towels and hand towels

Starter packet of Shampoo soap and lotion.

This is a privately owned unit and is not on the Sand Dunes rental program.

PLEASE NOTE
The water park in the parking lot is EXCLUDED.
It is owned and operated by on-site hotel management, and their guests pay an extra resort fee for exclusive access. Guests renting privately are unable to access this area.
There is a Beautiful Oceanfront pool lazy river and Splash Zone for your enjoyment.

Linens are provided but Bath towels are NOT.

Cleaning provided by a private housekeeper. Daily maid service is not included.
There is a key less entry for your convenience. (no keys to keep up with) No need to check-in at the front desk.
The elevator is steps away for easy access to the lobby, dining and beach.
It also takes you directly to the 2nd floor where the Oceanfront indoor pool and spa are located.
The indoor pool and hot tubs have been renovated. The pool is heated.

The Resort features:
Beachfront Bar and Restaurant, River City Cafe Great Burgers!
Large Arcade, Indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, Lazy river, Convenience store, Free Wireless Internet, Covered Parking, over 100 Golf courses.
Shopping and dining are within a 10 mile radius. Including
Tanger outlets, Walmart, Barefoot Landing, The Boardwalk and Broadway at the Beach.

This condo is right on the beach providing beautiful views. Location is excellent close to Barefoot Landing, outlet shopping and many good restaurants. The owner has everything you need for your stay. We will definitely stay there again!

Just as described and great communication with owner of the properly. Everything is there so you definitely could just stay there and don’t leave the resort with great access to beach. Not far from restaurants and attractions. Plan on staying here again when I come back to Myrtle beach

A week in a great apartment overlooking the ocean and the busy beach. Great amenities and walking distance from several 4 star restaurants. Beach in the morning, pool in afternoon and either dinner in the room or out. Very relaxing vacation.
